I’ve had team members go out of their way to help me locate items or offer recommendations, and it never feels forced—it’s just part of the culture there. Even at the checkouts, whether self-service or with a cashier, the process is smooth and stress-free. Another small but lovely touch is the sense of community and little extras. From free coffee or tea with a MyWaitrose card, to their thoughtful seasonal displays, there’s always something that makes the shopping trip feel a little more special. They also carry some unique and high-quality brands you don’t often see elsewhere, which makes browsing more interesting. Yes, Waitrose can be a bit pricier than some other supermarkets, but for me, the quality and the overall shopping experience make it worth it. It feels like you’re paying not just for the products, but for the reliability, service, and the pleasant environment too. Overall, Waitrose is more than just a supermarket—it’s a place where you actually enjoy the weekly shop. If you value quality, good service, and a relaxing shopping experience, it’s hard to beat.”

“Great establishment. Very friendly staff and great equipment. The system also great, you don't have to sign up for a 12 months membership you can just pay monthly with DD and cancel any time or even freeze the account for a period if you are unable to attend to use the facilities for a longer period. Clean changing rooms and well equipped gym. The pool area is nice and loads of opportunities to do classes. The staff are well presented, funny and very friendly, ready to answer any questions you have. Children friendly and valet friendly. The kids can go for £1/ month under 10 and £5/month for 10-15, this cannot be beaten by any other leisure centers. Our family is very happy that we found this place only about 15-20 minutes drive away from home. Well done guys keep up the great work you do for your customers.”

“I got as far as the door before finding dogs weren't allowed. It appeared to be the first time someone has asked - as the staff stared silently at each other before telepathically deducing that the answer was no. Anyway, my wing man ordered the coffees which were of good quality and supplied in a timely fashion. Sadly, I was only able to get a picture of the inside through the closed door, but it looked nice, cosy and clean inside. Outside seating has been created in an imaginative and optimistic way...which makes it difficult to get a picture of the place without including an industrial bin!”
