The stylists Bel explained everything, gave her breaks when she needed, and made sure she was happy with the style. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and child-friendly. “I’ve been to FLK so many times and I have never had a bad experience. The owner is the definition of lovely and dedicated to not only making sure you get everything you came for, but also educating you on different ways of how to use the ingredients. The store may be small, but it’s packed with such variety and a constant stream of new ingredients. Even though I’ve moved away from Catford, I still make the journey to get my Asian groceries from here and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.”

“Hired the place out for my 40th party last weekend and had a blast. I paid extra for a late license which takes music up to about 12, but means you don’t have to exit until around 1 - highly recommend for a bit of flexibility. Price is really reasonable for hire, but also the drinks & food are too. The food was fab, I even brought home some for the next day and it was super tasty. Everyone who attended had a fab time and the staff there on the evening couldn’t do enough to make it a special night! I know family who are local will look to use the venue again.”

“Well what can I say. I brought Dodger here for the first time this morning, upon entering we were greeted by the receptionist/cafe worker, nikki I think? She was absolutely lovely, very welcoming, booked us in. She was very attentive to Dodger. Emma the groomer came through, and she was so bubbly, friendly and explained the procedure as it was Dodgers very first grooming experience. He was so happy to walk away with emma, after 5 minutes (Nikki?) Gave me a update, and said Dodger is very happy and is giving cuddles to everyone. The cafe area is small and intimate but clean welcoming and I had a lovely coffee. After the treatment Dodger came out so happy, and was treated to a doggy ice cream! He didn't want to leave the shop! Thank you all so much for a brilliant first treatment, we will definitely be back Dodger smelt absolutely wonderful. His paws and leg hair is exactly how we wanted it. Thank you once again!!!!!!”

“We went on a Friday night for our Anniversary, the weather had been great but we sat inside and it was nice and cool. There was a DJ playing old skool RnB which was a nice touch. The staff were super friendly and we met the owner, who was really lovely and very passionate about the food. The croquette were amazing and very authentic, we also had tacos to start which were delicious. The tiramisu ( which I’m always a big fan of as a dessert) came with a Japanese twist but was inspired and also really delicious. A great spot and well worth checking out for an intimate meal, big party or even a family dinner.”
