“This place has many friendly staff, each cat had it own pen, which was clean and spacious. Are cat has been going all its life when ever we are away. He loves it. Covid stuff is handled really well. “Have become a repeat customer! Super happy with the service at Mutts n Moggies. We were recommended this cattery by our vets (Family Friends Vets) and they were not wrong about how great it is! My cat had his own pen, perfect given he is an indoor cat and used to being alone. The pen was super clean when I came to pick him up and he seemed content to stay there. Will definitely be using this cattery again! To take this beyond the 10/10 service offered, I would be really keen to see a discount for those with Family Friends Vets, or a reward system where the 8th visit or something is free. But honestly, it is a great service as is for cats :)”

“Dropped my cat off for 12 days while we were on holiday abroad. Lovely place with a lovely owner who is a cat lover. It was easy to find with lots of parking. Really local to me so it was convenient and had room to accommodate for my cat, with a heated blanket to keep her warm during the night. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local cattery to keep your cat while you are away.”

Even at the checkouts, whether self-service or with a cashier, the process is smooth and stress-free. Another small but lovely touch is the sense of community and little extras. From free coffee or tea with a MyWaitrose card, to their thoughtful seasonal displays, there’s always something that makes the shopping trip feel a little more special. They also carry some unique and high-quality brands you don’t often see elsewhere, which makes browsing more interesting. Yes, Waitrose can be a bit pricier than some other supermarkets, but for me, the quality and the overall shopping experience make it worth it. It feels like you’re paying not just for the products, but for the reliability, service, and the pleasant environment too. Overall, Waitrose is more than just a supermarket—it’s a place where you actually enjoy the weekly shop. If you value quality, good service, and a relaxing shopping experience, it’s hard to beat.”

“I can’t thank the ETA enough for rescuing us on what could have been a nightmare journey home from Calais. We were on our way to get the Eurotunnel back to the UK when disaster struck – a flat tyre, only a few miles from the tunnel, with three tired and restless kids in the back. The thought of missing our booked crossing and being stranded was horrible. However, from the moment I called, the service was fantastic. The operator was calm and reassuring, which was exactly what I needed at that moment. She took all the details quickly and told me help was on the way. True enough, the recovery vehicle arrived in less than half an hour. The mechanic was brilliant – he got straight to work and even took time to chat with the kids, putting them at ease while he sorted the tyre. Within no time, we were back on the road. What really impressed me was the level of care. The mechanic double-checked everything and thanks to his efficiency, we even made it to the tunnel with minutes to spare. Travelling alone with three kids can be stressful at the best of times, but this experience turned a potential disaster into just a minor hiccup. I couldn’t be more grateful for the swift, professional help we received. I won’t travel without this cover again. Highly recommended.”

“An absolutely fabulous nursery. My son only attended one day a week but his progress in all areas sped up phenomenally after only a few sessions. Being at BP boosted his confidence, his interest in art, his social skills and his language and numeracy skills immensely. I can't emphasise enough just how lovely the staff are at BP; Henry looked forward to seeing them every week and barely gave me a second glance once dropped off! The staff were always consistent and everyone I spoke to there knew exactly who my son was and all his likes, dislikes and habits. A far cry from a previous nursery he attended where I saw his key worker twice in about three months and there was no sense of closeness with the toddlers at all... Henry always had the best time at BP, especially getting to go outside exploring every day he was there. We were absolutely devastated to leave and only did so because we were moving out of area. I would highly recommend this nursery if you are looking for a calm, well organised, friendly environment and professional staff who go above and beyond for the kids.”
