βI really not like to give feedback, but I will because of what happen in the store yesterday. I always shopping there, and they are very nice. Yesterday that Egyptian guy insulted one of his colleagues in my present and that wasn't nice. The black girl was kind, respectful and intelligent to him yesterday. He was telling one of the customer to reported to the manager and she didn't do anything wrong. She was just doing her job ,and I wish the owner of the store can see my feedback. Thanks!β

βVery wonderful people and excellent newer management, the guy there is so welcoming and friendly which is such a nice thing to have after a long shift at work after commuting back. Lovely selection and pretty decent prices considering it's a local shop. However, as someone else mentioned - definitely create a new google business as the older reviews under the older management ruin the current rating which is a shame for you guys. Keep up the great work and cannot wait to come back!!β

βAttended for a Venogram recently. I found where I was supposed to be easily. The nursing staff were so friendly and helpful, reassuring me at every stage. One nurse introduced herself to me who I had spoken with on the phone earlier in the year. She had been so helpful explaining the purpose of the Venogram and arranging when I should attend. When taken to x-ray room it was like walking into a science fiction film set. Again, really lovely nurses and the radiographer explained everything. After the procedure they showed me on a screen what they had found, fascinating to see. Back to the ward where I was offered tea, coffee and a sandwich. The doctor came to see me to explain where we go from here in a really friendly, reassuring way. For that I am truly grateful. Thank you to all the medical team, 5 stars does not seem enoughβ

βThis whole experience is very new to me and my family as we are looking to purchase a villa in Spain, so spent a lot of time and money to ensure we had all the right documentation for our appointment at the consulate. When we arrived on time, we were told there was a delay of about an hour however I noticed a premium service were we could skip the wait and conduct the appointment in a booth sitting down which was certainly more our style. This also allowed us to have a friendly advisor that went through all our documents ensuring the apostile and translations were all correct. I would advise anyone doing this application to use the premium service as we were in and out in under an hour doing multiple applicants. The cost was approx Β£659 each which is not cheap but worth it.β

βFirst class service across the years . Medical professionals are superb . I don't understand the low ratings. This group of wonder workers quite literally saved my life . Blood ,problems, cancers and other vascular illnesses were swiftly and thoroughly pursued and pushed by the doctors exerting pressure on hospital consultants to check me . The hospital teams checked and started a long term investigation of the ailments. Luckily the problems were found and were surgically and medically treated. I am sorry for the people who have had problems , I wish you all of the best treatment possible. All I can say is in my case . Thank you to all of the staff at Gilet Road . I am forever grateful.β
