“Lovely, old, beamed traditional pub with great hosts in Alan and Yvonne. Great pizzas and paninis. Lively music scene with fortnightly open mic nights and live music at weekends. Good large garden too!”

“I stayed for two nights when visiting family. Its a great location, only a few minutes walk into the town centre. The room was quiet and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfasts were nice. It's a great place to stay, and I would definitely go there again”

“Rang 8am on Friday morning on behalf of my husband who was in terrible pain with a swollen face, was offered emergency appointment 2 hours later as a new patient! Many thanks to Reem the receptionist for fitting us in so quickly and to Dr. Aksa the dentist for her swift assessment and prescribing of much needed antibiotics. (Apologies if I have misspelt names!) Her chair side manner was excellent and my husband felt very reassured by her advice. “This place was recommended to me by a Woking resident. Khaled did me well. I was happy with my haircut and his attention to details. The other barbers are nice too. Free parking on the street is limited to 30mins. There is an Asda nearby so you can check out their parking terms. Price was fair and this is the best haircut I’ve had in GU area. I will definitely be visiting here again.”

“Been there at a Friday evening and it was great! Callum was working behind the counter and he was very polite and friendly, great guy! A band set up inside the pub and played some good quality music, nothing too loud and definitely elevating the whole atmosphere. Bonus points for the delicious Brazilian bbq that is being served there during the weekends, at the rear garden. Bottom line, great pub!”

“I have been a very happy returning customer or Ruby nails for about a year now. So pleased with the nails they've done every time, very professional finish, they always listen and check what you want and the nails always last for weeks! I'd try lots of places locally, and found nails broke, chipped, or had to wait ages even though I had an appointment or just very expensive for very average quality nails. Love Ruby nails, rarely have to wait, nails are excellent and reasonably priced. I'm all for credit where credit is due, so I'm writing this review completely of my own volition.”

“I’ve been coming for many months now approximately once every 3-4 weeks. Each time I’ve left delighted. The team are friendly and professional and somehow manage to make my hands and feet look incredible. I usually choose gel nails and one thing I have noticed compare with when I have had gels removed in other salons is that my nails after removal are strong and healthy. Also, I like that my nails never look too thick after they’ve been painted, the gels look great for a long time too and grow out without a ridged gap at the bottom. The only complaint is that they have so many lovely colours, chromes, special effects that I find it so hard to choose what I want done!”
