“I had my Baby Shower here. There were 11 of us in total and we all had afternoon tea which consisted of four delicious courses and unlimited teas, coffees, hot chocolates and water. The food was so good and the service was outstanding. Sharon was so accommodating and friendly and no request was too big. The staff went to the trouble of decorating the chairs for us too! It was a really lovely afternoon full of laughter, yummy food and excellent service and I cannot fault it at all! Highly recommend to everyone wanting a quaint, friendly and intimate setting that serve delicious food and go above and beyond.”

“What a lovely place! The Drawing Room has such a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff are incredibly friendly and really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is great, and they’re very kid-friendly, which makes it perfect for a relaxed family outing. One of my favourite things is their beautiful tea cups—such a charming touch that makes the whole experience feel special. The cakes are absolutely delicious, and the scones are fresh and just perfect with cream and jam. Definitely one of those hidden gems that you’ll want to come back to. Highly recommend! Rating: 5/5”

“I always have a relaxing time at Villiers. This is a cozy and laidback café, with a lot of different treats on offer that cater to a variety of diets. There are vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. I was very appreciative that I could choose between a few flourless snacks. I’ve had the flapjack, the cheesecake, and the salted caramel brownie, all of which I enjoyed. Shoutout to the barista Anna, who always ensures that the gluten free goodies I get are handled safely so I can enjoy them without getting a reaction! The coffee is very good, and I can't complain when there's nice latte art. I don’t love that the latte is served in a glass instead of a mug, but that's more of a preference than a comment on the quality. It tastes great regardless! In short: very nice and recommend!”

“I had a wonderful brunch experience at The Garden Rooms. Christina, our server, was friendly and efficient, making our visit even more enjoyable. The smashed avocado on sourdough and huevos rancheros were both incredibly tasty and satisfying. “Lovely place with some of the best coffee I’ve had - intense flavour without the bitterness that a lot of the bigger coffee franchises have. Pastries+cakes looked really fresh and nice as well. Ambience is great, and the owner is highly invested and really kind to his staff. He designed everything himself, which I think is so impressive! A gem in the local area and deserves more recognition, don’t get your coffee anywhere else.”

I happened upon this invitingly named restaurant across the street, prompting me to seize the opportunity to sample their cuisine. The experience was truly remarkable.”

“Best coffee in Woking, period. Friendly and polite volunteers run cafe for your local charity and provide exceptional service. Highly recommend paying a visit. Better still, be a regular and try the food and drinks on offer. Don’t be put off by the thought of going up the stairs, it’s good exercise! Avoid all global chains that don’t pay a penny in taxes!”

“I have attended here many times, both for parties and to dine with my family. There is a lovely private dining area, Which can be rented out to host parties or private dining for groups. The chef was great in working with us to select a menu that would please everybody! Food is reasonably priced and authentic. Will definitely return!”

“Popped in as went for a walk nearby to break up a long drive. Lovely quaint place. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). We ordered the french breakfast and the pancakes. Weren't sure what to expect but everything was delicious! Beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. Homemade jam was a winner!! Chatted to the owner who has recently taken over. Lovely lady who is clearly passionate about good food and good service. Pinned in the map to visit if we are ever nearby again! Xx”

“Such a wonderful place. We go regularly. The team are delightful and always offer such a warm welcome. They make my French Bulldog feel like he’s Top Dog! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable on dog behaviours and is approachable should you need her time and advise. Oh and the coffee is fantastic!”

“Wow,, this place certainly gets a Full 5 Stars. The coffee was amazing and breakfast the best in some time. I recommend the Drop shot breakfast, it had really good quality produce, not just your cheap rubbish. Toilets also say a lot about a place and I’m pleased to say they were spotless. Location is also perfect as you’re going to Wimbledon or leaving. We managed to get a table quickly. Staff were incredibly fast and polite. We travel a lot and see a lot of different standards, this to me was perfect, thanks a lot, we will be back,, It’s a great shame now and then rude people leave reviews, with reference to a review below I’ve just seen.. 2 stars given for just putting coffee in a paper cup, how sad. Someone always has to lower reviews for great places x”

The team is always incredibly friendly, greeting customers warmly, chatting with them, saying hello to their dogs, or even complimenting their outfits. The service is consistently quick, even during the busiest times, and the coffee and pastries are always spot on. The atmosphere is wonderful too, great vibes all around.
