“Galaxy Cafe – A Cozy Spot with a Decent Veggie Breakfast I recently visited Galaxy Cafe and had a pleasant experience overall. We ordered the 2 Veg 1 item, which came with a nice combo of coffee, toasted bread, beans, 2 poached eggs, 2 veggie sausages, and 2 hash browns. The portion was satisfying and well put together. The taste was average—not extraordinary—but everything was cooked well and served warm. The veggie sausages and poached eggs stood out slightly in terms of flavor, and the toasted bread was nicely crisped. The coffee was a good companion to the meal, rounding out the breakfast feel. The place itself has a cozy, inviting vibe that makes it enjoyable to dine in. “A last minute booking to take my father out for lunch. I hadn’t been here before , and my father had mixed reviews but I thought the menu looked good. I dont know why it would have mixed reviews, the staff and food were faultless. We were welcomed warmly and seated comfortably by the window. We were attended to quickly through our visit, but never rushed. Between 3 of us we had Bruschetta, Calamari and Gamberoni to start. Followed by Pesce Spada alla Sicilian (2), and Spiedini di Pesce and finished with a cheesecake , affogato and an Espresso. My favourite dishes were the Gamberoni which was a generous portion of prawns bathing in a garlicky butter and spinach sauce, and Pesce Spada , a large piece of swordfish smothered in a rich tomato, olive and caper berry sauce with a fresh and zesty side salad. Thank you to Casa Blanca for brightening a dreary Thursday. We will see you again”

We ordered pepperoni pizza and chicken pizza 2 7” inch pizza and wedges (actually wedges were so nicely toasted and tasty that I forget to take that picture and yes if they can up the quantity of wedges then it will be much better.”

“I have been to Dottys a number of times for breakfast and always been impressed. Today I took my son for the Elf Afternoon Tea and was so happy with everything. Plenty of lovely sandwiches, and amazing sausage rolls as well as the scones. There was a themed cookie which not only looked but tasted amazing. My son was so pleased and I'd happily book again for afternoon tea, worth every penny.”
