“Me and my parents absolutely love ordering takeaway from here! Whenever we ponder on what takeaway to order on a Friday, my mum always mentions this place! We are all happy when we eat from here. I will resist the urge to eat before taking photos next time I order and share photos on here.”
“Really enjoyed the indian food like seafood and fish.Great customer service. I felt very comfortable with the shop environment and the people. Very caring. I would 100% recommend people who love eating Indian food as same taste as back India. Congratulations on the progression of their business and the great customer service.”
“I live locally and have been here before Good food I mostly have mixed roll in fresh naan and large paneer tikka roll (everything on it) medium spice tasted great wife enjoyed too (important :)”
“Love this little place. Food is good, service is fast. Would be great to have a wider range of cocktails. Tried several things from the “train”, tried chicken gyozas and their miso soup.”
“Awesome food and great taste of the sushi and a great chicken fried rice that we ordered and the sushi train was a great experience. Yuvraj was a great server and helped us choose the right food to eat.”
“UNBELIEVABLE! having ordered on just eat for the first time from this fabulous new eatery I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. The food arrived early (A shock in itself), was superbly fresh and incredibly tasty. Standards and taste were more synonymous with eateries in places like DUBAI and CENTRAL LONDON not hounslow. A refreshing addition to culinary treats in the Borough keep up the good work. I am not related to this business although the review seems exaggerated, just ecstatic to have a nice place to order a flavoursome breakfast. Having ordered from many establishments in the Borough I can unequivocally say they are top trumps.”
“Great Greggs in-between T5 and T4, ideal place to grab some food or coffee for cheap after picking someone up or dropping someone off, also this pump is a great place to wait for passenger arrivals at T4 so you don't have to pay exorbitant costs for parking at the terminal . Please note they make food in small batches so they may not always have your selections.”
“Absolutely wonderful experience! Highly recommend, my friends and I loved being in our little ones here. The staff were incredibly caring and the food was delicious. The vibe was fun and energetic! Good place to take the little ones and let of steam Thank you for your amazing services will definitely be back soon”
“Great variety, very authentic. Slice level is quite high so make sure you say what level you want. Real pub vibe.”
“We love Greek food! First time we came there. One of my absolute favourite Greek takeaways in the West London area. Very good portions of food, well made, the staff are very welcoming and friendly and the food itself tastes delicious!”
“Very homely cooked food,,, authentic indeed, loved every bite of what we had , started with ross omelette & pav bread along with masala chai and resumed later with goan thali with prawns curry(typical goan homestyle) & my fav kingfish recheado ,,,,the cozyambience and Goan music along with such delicious food just brought me back to my Goa’s old days when I used to work there. One who truly understands the homely cooked goan meal will definitely appreciate their efforts, probably the best Goan meal i ever had in UK. Service was truly welcoming by the lady & gentlman who owns the place (guessing),,,they both were very gentle and welcoming.”

“Great food, all cooked fresh upon order. This is a new menu being offered by the pub, definitely something I will be returning for. Service is great and just a happy place to come have some food and a drink.”
“Terminal 4. I grabbed a crab salad here while on a layover. Seby and Francesca were the best! The food was great and very fresh. I will be back on my layover going home.”
“All the way from South Africa & just looking for some good food & drink before a long trip back home, I stumbled across Big Smoke Taphouse at London Heathrow Terminal 2 & had the absolute privilege of meeting Savio, the server who knew very well I struggling with the QR Code version menu & was eager to assist me & simplify my order & dining experience. Savio was extremely friendly, helpful & patient as we took our time to go through the hard copy menus & eventually opted for Tex Mex Tacos, Pork Burnt Ends, Some Onion Rings & 2 glasses of wine. I was pleasantly surprised with the bursting flavors of the all the food, especially the smokiness of the pork burnt ends & most especially encountering very bland food in England overall, LOL. Thank you Savio for an incredible dining experience during my very first visit to a Big Smoke Taphouse & Kitchen, keep up the world class service & excellent work ethic :-) From Deon & Hayley - South Africa”
“Delicious food, great portions and reasonably priced! Clean takeaway with a few seats. The staff are lovely. I would highly recommend”
“A really nice pub with a great atmosphere and a beautiful garden. The staff were very friendly, so I'm leaving 5 stars. The only downside was that we waited over 40 minutes for chips and samosas, even though it wasn't that busy. But overall, I definitely recommend it!”
“Excellent IHG hotel - Rooms are large, clean, stylish and well appointed, with a fridge, iron, tea and coffee-making facilities and a safe. You couldn’t ask for more. - Good recognition for higher-tier IHG members; I was upgraded to a room on the Club floor. - The Club lounge evening happy hour is excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold food, plus wine, beers and soft drinks. Breakfast is better in the restaurant the afternoon offering is disappointing. Mihaela who works in the lounge most evenings, is friendly and provides excellent service. - There’s a decent gym, plus a restaurant and bar with reasonable prices. You can also eat at the other nearby hotels. - Hotel is connected directly to Terminal 4 via a covered walkaway. It’s a 5-10min walk. - Note that when prices are unreasonably high, the connecting Holiday Inn Express may be a more cost-effective option.”
“Best authentic, fresh steamed chicken momos in all of London! They make it in front of you fresh and the price point is very good and affordable. The service is also excellent. Highly recommend this stall!”
“Nice delicious food, we love them pizzas as well”
“Samosas were very tasty, chicken tikka was so lovely, staff friendly, excellent value for money… will be back soon…”
“Best Chinese in the area. If you like spice try number 38 General Tso. I had with Beef and great flavours.”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Amazing Experience!** I visited this café today and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff joycelyn and shilpi made me feel right at home with their friendly service. The food was delicious—I tried the classic chicken paratha roll and the LPC omelette, both of which were excellent. The highlight for me was the *kadak chai*. It had the perfect blend with the milk—honestly one of the best chais I’ve ever tasted! Definitely a must-try spot. Highly recommended! ☕✨”

“We thought we were ordering one kebab and thatbthe price was heavy but in fact it was a massive meal and wow was it good. Tried both the lamb and chicken. I suggest you add spice with with garlic sauce. Yummy. Staff was very friendly.”
“I recently had the pleasure of trying one of the best kebabs I’ve ever tasted. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, grilled to absolute perfection. Each bite was packed with rich, smoky flavor that clearly came from high-quality ingredients and expert preparation. The seasoning was spot on — balanced and aromatic, enhancing the natural taste of the meat without overpowering it. What truly stood out was the texture — crispy on the outside, yet soft and succulent on the inside. It was served with freshly baked flatbread, grilled vegetables, and a side of tangy yogurt sauce that perfectly complemented the dish. If you’re a fan of authentic, mouthwatering kebabs, this is definitely one you shouldn’t miss. An unforgettable experience for any meat lover!”
“What a service, by payal and mona 5star food was brilliant I tried haleem and chicken curry finger licking . At the end of course I tried khark chai ☕️ .highly recommended must visit .”
“Discover this spot with a real deshi vibe, where most of the customers seem to be local taxi drivers. It’s run by friendly deshi aunties who give the place its authentic charm. The décor isn’t fancy, but maybe that’s part of the charm—it adds to the homely feel! The food is fresh—we had freshly made paratha with omelet, daal, and chai. Absolutely fabulous!”
