“Dr Lily Furniss is a calm, confident and friendly dentist. She talked me through the whole process and I felt at ease the whole time. She was sure to check in on sensitivity to avoid discomfort and was quick to act in the areas that are usually the most uncomfortable. Dental assistant Faye was excellent too - wielding excellent control with the suction (have had so many people go wild with this so it was great she was so careful). Will definitely make this my regular place - very happy with the experience and price.”

They carefully followed my feeding instructions, promptly replied to all my emails, and provided regular updates on how my cats were doing. “Sutherland has been a great nursery! Our son really enjoyed his time there, but he had to leave due to relocation. The highlight was the staff who were very kind and sweet. My son settled very well after a couple of weeks. He often wanted a morning cuddle from the staff with a smile on his face when I dropped him off in the morning. They did lots of fun activities, like making cards, costume party, celebration for national book day and sensory activities. The management team is very responsive. When I asked about the dietary plan and requested more meals with meat/fish, they acted in a few days to increase to 4 days/week with meat/fish. We also like their onsite kitchen so all the food could be prepared freshly for our son :) Their financial manager Julia is very friendly and helpful. She usually replies my email promptly with detailed answers. When my son needed to leave after giving notice, they made some adaptation for our schedule and waived some of the fee. That was very appreciated! We were a bit shocked by the 48hr quarantine policy regardless of the child's illness. That was challenging for us as two full-time working parents, but the manager said that policy will be reviewed in the future. Overall, our experience with Sutherland was great!”
