“This lovely restaurant was recommended by a friend. We went today the Boxing Day for a family meal at lunch time. We had the BBQ and hot pot. There’s lots of great selection of meat, seafood , fruits and vegetables. I was quite surprised by the freshly made nan bread, pizza, kimchi, shushi and so on. Definitely good value for money and parking nearby is very convenient as well.”

“I had breakfast here on a busy Saturday. I asked to sit in for a couple of hours whilst my wife, daughter and her friends shopped as a birthday treat. The manager (Nadine) found me a quiet table in the corner with a nearby power supply as I mentioned I wanted to do some work. They genuinely couldn’t have been any more helpful and I didn’t feel any pressure to vacate the table at any point. All the staff (including Abbie & Rahmi) who looked after me were great, can’t thank them enough.”

Stumbled upon Cafe Deli 122 and it was exactly what we were after. First off, it's a small place and was pretty bustling when we arrived, which is always a good sign. We managed to get the last free table. It's not a fancy spot by any means; it has that classic, unpretentious British cafe feel, which was perfect for a relaxed breakfast. The menu isn't huge, but it has all the essentials you'd want. I went for the poached eggs and my friend had scrambled eggs on a toasty bagel. You can tell they use good ingredients. My eggs were perfectly runny and served on some proper thick-cut toast. The coffee was decent too – a good, strong flat white that actually tasted of coffee, not just hot milk. Service was quick and friendly, no fuss. The lady behind the counter was managing the rush really well and still had a smile for everyone. The best part is the price. For the quality of the food, it's brilliant value. It's easy to see why it's popular with locals. If you're looking for a solid, no-nonsense breakfast or lunch that tastes great and doesn't cost a fortune, this is the place. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.”

The staff members are exceedingly courteous and provide excellent service. Although my original intent did not involve dining here, I was in the vicinity picking up parts from Mazda and Dealer. I happened upon this invitingly named restaurant across the street, prompting me to seize the opportunity to sample their cuisine. The experience was truly remarkable.”

“A classic cafe, I'm not from London and it's exactly how cafés used to be. You would say its a greasy spoon with decent food. I had the number 2 breakfast, swapping chips for bubble. The bubble was amazing, creamy and very buttery, it's not something that we can get in Wales. I would recommend this place as its very reasonable as well. Staff were friendly”

“I live in Ashtead and as a family we love Thai food and used to go to Esher and other areas for Thai. I found this place with my son and tried it a few months ago and we were amazed at the quality of the food, the presentation, the taste and the service. For something similar in one of other usual places, we would be paying a lot more for it and this is walking distance from our house. We have now been over 10 times and with friends and this has easily replaced all of the others. I believe that we have tried virtually everything on the menu and been thrilled at the consistently great food they serve. My son particularly loved the tempura, which is his favourite, and he says that it is the best he's ever had.”
