“I loved everything. The hotel is 5 minutes from Pimlico underground station and a 10-minute walk from Victoria station. Very clean, it feels more like staying with family than in a hotel. I love the very British lounge. We sat down for breakfast, which was kindly offered to us. Excellent concierge service, super friendly and helpful. We'll be back again at the end of October. Thanks to all the staff.”

“The hotel is excellent and we had a wonderful stay. We had a small issue with the heating in our room, which was resolved within 30 minutes. We also needed help getting a taxi, and Bashar was incredibly supportive and helpful, giving us the best advice possible. Thank you for the great service and hospitality.”

Loved the breakfast with many options and again with great staff that was very observant and kept everything clean and tidy around the buffet and tables. The hotel sits next to the Underground (Aldgate East) and just a 10 min. walk to Liverpool Street Station. So thumbs up - would choose again.”

“It is customary to post, post departure but I must give credit to all staff and venue. The amenities are good and staff well attentive. The Xmas theme and little treats are more than welcoming and a pleasant surprise. The service and food are amazing. This was a great idea and thank you to the entire team. “Stayed here one night for a layover and it was perfect. Right next to airport but you hear absolutely no airport noise. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options even vegetarian breakfast ‘meat.’ Bed was very comfortable and they even supplied robes and slippers. Had a relaxing stay amid two hectic travel days. **not necessarily affiliated with hotel but worth mentioning. I took the hotel hoppa bus, which you have to pay for (£6.80/$8.98 one way) and it was not on schedule departing LHR. It was over 30 mins late. It was however on time picking me up from the hotel to LHR. Important to note if you’re on a strict schedule.”

“Really enjoyed our breakfast here! There was a great variety of fresh food, and the buffet was always well-stocked. The pastries were warm, fresh, and looked amazing. It’s a very family-friendly place too — there’s a little toy area for kids in the restaurant, which was a nice touch. Our table was downstairs, and we found a cozy little reading corner tucked away with lots of books. It made the whole space feel extra inviting. The staff were all really friendly and polite, and everything just felt well taken care of. Would definitely come back!”

“Couldn't fault this travel lodge! We booked here last minute, we were due to stay at another travel lodge but there was a power issue. Staff were very efficient. Rooms were comfy and clean. Very impressed with the facilities on site, a huge seating area with cafe and 24/7 bar! Would definitely come back here.”

“Nice and cosy rooms with modern decor. Good price for this area of London. I have stayed at the Andaz hotel which is close which cost over double the price of this room (room 15) at Fraser Residences but Fraser Residences was a much better stay. Slightly noisy from the street, but that is to be expected in central London. Room is open plan.”

“Stayed with my wife and son before travelling. Room was fantastic, we had a family room on the first floor. Two queen beds. Used the converted room on the ground floor that used to be the pool area (now a bar) which was really lovely. Great start to the holiday. Would recommend over other hotels we’ve stayed in at Heathrow. Service given 4 stars as we received slow service in the bar and check in was a little difficult due to a language barrier with one of the members of staff”

“We have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and this one is by far our favourite. The location is great with easy access to the tube, as well as some great shops and eateries around the corner. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious - offering everything you need for a good nights sleep. Despite the traffic outside, we are completely undisturbed here. There’s a great bar on the ground floor that has an amazing atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and helpful, too, which is an added bonus. Whenever we travel to London now, we always try and book this Premier Inn. It’s set the bar very high.”

My all group is happy with the stay. Breakfast is nice n staff Ranjita and Dibbya is very good and ready to help us. Jose at front desk is cherry on top and so as bar guy. “My son has been attending Top Hat classes at Stanley Park Infants school in Carshalton for over 2 years now. The owner Sara and her team are absolutely AMAZING. My son isn’t the most confident boy, but with their support he’s appeared on stage several times and made us and himself so proud. The staff are always so energetic and positive and the children feel very welcomed. Can’t recommend highly enough for both boys and girls, shy or outgoing.”

“This is a wonderful place to stay, most likely the best in the area! Julia is one of the loveliest, most hospitable people I've ever met and she goes above and beyond for her guests. My partner, our cat and I stayed here for 3 weeks due to a moving house mishap and Julia truly made us feel at home. I've never imagined I could feel so much at home at a hotel room, she was very supportive with everything we were going through and was a true friend. The rooms are lovely and immaculately clean, the location is great and there is only good things to be said about Rowan Park Lodge!”

Parking was excellent. Close to train station just a couple of mins drive. We had a day in London and it is only 1 stop on the fast train. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The place is really nice and safe to stay in London, both for short term and long term. The location is very convenient, with bus lines and supermarkets nearby. The area is very green, beautiful and casual as well. Rooms and shared communal areas are all very clean and tidy. The management team have always been very helpful and considerate. They also provide people with places for self isolation during the pandemic. I would highly recommend it!”
