Following the cancellation, Tui could not have been less interested had they tried… However, a quick visit to Hays Travel next door and Amanda’s team all got to work to arrange a brand new holiday with a very quick turnaround. “Great experience at Halfords Harrow, had been booked to get my brakes checked. Geeta was super helpful, advising me on what is covered on my brakes for life. Geeta also offered me a hot drink as well, as was very cold outside! Sam who was covering who was also present was welcoming. Great experience!”

“Brilliant service! I took a bath tap mechanism in to see if it needed replacing. (It was dripping even when turned off hard.) All it actually needed was the washer replacing, which they did for me at no extra cost. This would probably not happen at "Supermarket" places such as B&Q, Wickes, etc. who would try to sell a complete unit instead. Very much appreciated - many thanks!”

“Don't go swimming very often, however last time I went last week I left my phone in changing rooms....a member of staff took the time to come and find me as I was swimming- not asking for me over tannoy as they knew I was swimming. Changing rooms very clean, showers hot, staff that go above and beyond ........all for £4.45......that's what I call value for money!”
