“It's terrible that someone on Instagram offered people money to leave fake reviews about this place. Please don't pay attention to the fake reviews. We had a wonderful experience at Desire. The food was tasty, the place was clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We really appreciate being welcomed like that and are looking forward to coming back.”

“I recently stayed at Selina Camden & Cowork in Chalk Farm, London, in September 2023 and it was an extraordinary experience. Becky and Adam, two standout staff members, provided exceptional service. Becky's warm welcome and helpfulness made me feel valued, while Adam's local knowledge enhanced my stay. The hotel's spacious, clean rooms, top-notch amenities, and strict safety protocols further impressed me. Thanks to Becky and Adam, my stay exceeded expectations. I look forward to returning to Selina Camden & Cowork for another delightful experience. Highly recommended!”

“I am currently staying at the Hive, and it’s the perfect place to live here in London. It’s well located, you can find everything you need in the area. The Tube station and Overground station are both within 5 minutes walk. The crew is awesome, very kind, and always helpful ! Beside that, it is highly secure, a security guard stands at the reception during all nights and the week-ends. They sometimes prepare some parties, where each student is welcome. The rooms are comfy, clean, and modern. Which is a very good point (knowing some places here in London). You get everything you need, a big awesome bed, a kitchen, a fridge, Internet, Facilities (which are very good). The common spaces are great. Coming from another country, I had so many things in my head, I had lots of problems when I first arrived in London, and I was happy that the accommodation wasn’t one, in fact, living here is so good that when I was there, it was as if these problems didn’t even exist. After less than a week, I felt like home. I highly recommend this place, you couldn’t find a better place to stay.”

“I had a fantastic experience at St Christopher’s Inn in Hammersmith, and a big part of that was thanks to the wonderful hostess at the street desk. Isa’s attention to detail was absolutely amazing — she anticipated our needs, answered every question with patience and clarity, and made the whole check-in process smooth and welcoming. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely enjoys helping guests. She is truly excellent at her job, and her professionalism and warmth made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!”

“St. Christopher’s Camden is hands down one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the staff truly go above and beyond to help out, whether it’s giving tips about the city, helping with directions, or just having a friendly chat. I always felt really safe during my stay, which is something I really value when staying in hostels. The rooms and shared spaces were clean and comfortable, and the vibe was just right, social, but you can also get some quiet when you need it. The location was perfect, Camden is such a vibrant part of London with tons of culture, music, and food, and with the Underground so close, you felt like you were staying in the center of London! Whether you're a first-time visitor or a returning traveler, I’d recommend this hostel to anyone looking for an awesome London experience.”

“I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is recorded as 2 star, but feels higher. The room I had compared well with a Premier Inn. It was immaculate and well presented. I had very little disturbance and, on the 3rd floor, was distant enough from the road. The hotel is very clear that it doesn't have a lift, so be prepared if you have luggage. All in all, a perfect stay. Thank you.”

“I have been at Bowden Court for a while now and honestly, I am really glad I picked this place. The rent already includes breakfast and meals, which makes life so much easier, saves a lot of time, and actually helps with budgeting too. The food is really tasty with plenty of options (both veg and non-veg) so there’s always something good to pick from. The rooms are comfy, and the reception staff are super friendly and always around to help 24/7. It is affordable, flexible, and honestly I dont think you will find a better deal in London. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a stress-free stay.”

“We stayed here for two nights and were completely satisfied. We had a private room with two single beds and a bathroom. The room was small but cozy. It was cleaned every day, and we received fresh towels. The bathroom was clean. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong, but it was enough for showering. The staff was very friendly and always helpful whenever we had any questions. Overall, we had a very good stay.”

““I had a very pleasant stay at Smart Camden Inn Hostel. The property was exceptionally clean though the rooms are bit small and well-maintained, with all essential facilities readily available. The in-house breakfast was a great added convenience. The hostel is located in a safe and well-connected area, with easy access approximately a 12-minute walk to London Euston and just 6 minutes to Camden Town station. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.”

“I stayed at The Ark Canary Wharf with my husband, and I felt compelled to leave a review because of the exceptional care we received. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady called Latifa, who truly went above and beyond to accommodate us. My husband is recovering from cancer, and I wanted to take him away as a small celebration for coming into remission. From the moment we arrived, Latifa showed us genuine kindness and compassion. She took the time to sit with us, helped us with everything we needed, and even assisted us with our room. At one point, we were struggling to get a cab, and without hesitation, Latifa kindly offered to pay for an Uber using her own money. This level of care and selflessness is not normal customer service, and it honestly meant more to us than she will ever know. She met us with a constant smile and showed us extra care that truly went a long way. We felt seen, valued, and supported during what was a very special and emotional time for us. I don’t usually write reviews, but the fact that someone gave us genuine time, compassion, and dignity made us both feel deeply touched. I would absolutely recommend the rooms and the hotel. The Ark is a wonderful place to stay, and Latifa is a true credit to the team. Thank you for making our stay so meaningful.”

“Stayed here for new years eve 2022 and straight away I felt welcomed as soon as I got there, grabbed a drink at the bar & then checked in quickly. Managed to get a bottom bunk for the night and the bed was super comfy! You can also get a (simple) breakfast for £3 in the morning which was a life saver for me on a hangover before brunch. Victor was working during my stay and he was brilliant, taking care of anything I needed help with! Thank you Victor! My pro tip is to remember to take a photo of the inside door code before leaving it on your bed clip & heading out (I almost didn't think of it) and that for check out you have to bring down your linen (luckily I spotted this on a notice on the wall, maybe I missed this info during check in) :)”

“Great budget hotel. Super close to a bunch of places and just off the main road so it's quieter than other places. Hotel itself can be noisy with the fire hotels but otherwise no issues. Communal bathrooms were clean, though clearly have been there for many years and could do with a touch up. Separate cubicles in men's and women's showers + neutral cubicle toliet stalls. All cleaned every morning and soap/body wash/shampoo is provided Several kitchenettes to each area, all equipped with basic stuff, though if you want to use the oven you'll have to bring stuff yourself. Staff were great and no issues Simple cheap hotel”

“Had good stay with Bell House. Kelvin was very helpful during check in and made some good suggestions for things to go out and explore. Note it’s a cheap hostel so it’s very minimalistic and the walls don’t keep any noise in or out.”

“I really appreciate everyone I met at this hostel. Staff were so kind and everything was clean and comfortable. It’s close to the station and easy to go anywhere. I’d love to stay longer next time and cook in the kitchen! This hostel is simple but has everything you expect from a good hostel stay. I’ll definitely come back!”

“For the price I would 100% recommend this hostel. Of course it’s not a 5 star hotel but for a couple of nights it’s great. The bunk beds are on three levels, so if you get the highest it’s not the most comfortable. The reception is open 24/7 which is amazing, I had to check out at 3am and i had no issue. The bathrooms are okay, quite clean. Overall a positive experience”

“Stayed for one night as we were going to the Royal Albert Hall for a gig. Good prompt reception, clean rooms, decent breakfast. Great location if you're visiting and sightseeing. (short walk from the tube). Would definitely use again. Only four stars for the room cos it was up 4 flights of stairs.”

“Absolutely great place, a lounge and a kitchen (where all kitchen appliances are available, including fridge) are available and they're perfect. The rooms are very clean and very well heated. As for the personnel they're the nicest persons I've met in London yet, available 24/7 and always smiling. I'd 100% recommend and come back, the prices are great too.”
