“What a wonderful little shop, with parking directly outside!!! This is my Go-To shop, there are always lovely pieces stocked at reasonable prices from lounge wear to beautiful going 'out out' items! The owner is so lovely and helpful also, it's just like shopping and trying on clothes with your friends! Always a bonus on event nights, when you can shop with a prosecco!! If there is anything you don't see in there, she is always more than happy to try and source it for you!”

“Came in today with my parter, I am heavily pregnant and for an unknown reason wanted to take the stairs instead of the lift. Whilst going up the stairs a member of staff turned around and informed us there is a lift (I knew there was one but decided to conquer the stairs instead and have major regrets now just thankful river island seem to be the only clothing store with chairs dotted around) again once we finally made it to the top of the stairs i went to sit down and another member of staff informed my partner there is a lift we can use. I am extremely satisfied with the attentiveness of the staff aswell as the kindness. I dont ever shop here but i think i will have too now as i havent experienced this amount of kindness anywhere else! Thank you for making the end of our tiring shopping trip enjoyable ❤️”

I walked in yesterday with my list of online shopping items, The lady and gentleman who assisted were ever so patient and attentive. The lady found my items online for purchase, i am expecting to go back today once notified they are ready for collection. I had to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars, Tiffany who assisted yesterday with my shopping was extremely helpful. She went over and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Tiffany. Went back on 31/12/2022 and as usual I was not disappointed. Hessa took her time to carefully ensure I was properly assisted. Sonia who helped in the past also came over to make sure all was well plus gave guidance to her colleague. Thanks to both for such great customer service.”

They were very attentive, patient, friendly, and professional. To be honest I wouldn't expect anything less from Clarks, they set the bar for service. “I was passing by through that street when I noticed beautiful full-on Afro-Caribbean designs for short and long dresses and also for tops and leggings so I was practically dragged in by myself lol because I had to see prices of those products and I was pleasantly surprised dresses were about £20 for the long dresses and tend to £15 for shorter once I didn't even expect to find Afro-Caribbean clothing there are glass jewellery oh my god they have such a great variety of jewellery I loved it and I ended up purchasing so much stuff but I don't regret it one bit. It's been one year and everything I bought is still as brand new you. Helpful shop floor assistants and the owner lady are more than willing to help you with any choice and there are so many changing rooms you can take all the time you like to choose the product you want Plus only lady always gives a discount when you buy more than one or two products but I got a couple of free gifts from her and it was really nice to feel appreciated as a customer I definitely recommend this place”
