“Been using Sparks for over 30 years. Brilliant place for professionals and diy. Get everything you need in one place with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Wood cut to size if needed and tools and equipment available. Deliveries locally incredibly cheap. Highly recommended. We need to use places like this rather than the diy supermarkets that make huge profit on things like small packets of screws and nuts and bolts. Try them for yourself!”

“Always go to the Gravesend store to purchase my two daughters shoes. Requested Carol (as we’ve always had her and had excellent service from her), but She was not in on the day we went so was served by Emily. Emily was just as helpful, even ringing another store to locate a certain shoe style in one of my daughters size. Carol was working at that store and she kindly brought the shoes to the Gravesend store for my daughter to try on the next day. Nothing was too much trouble. Will always use the Gravesend store first as can’t fault the service. Thankyou”

“Mark is a pleasure to deal with. He has a wealth of experience with exotic and luxury cars. You'll always see some interesting marque of car in his (spotlessly clean) workshop. He recently swapped out the front bushes on my XFR and changed the brake fluid. Prior to that a full service including drive and supercharger pulley belts. He came recommended to me from two different car enthusiast forums. Mark certainly isn't the cheapest, but he is very diligent and thorough and always insists on using genuine OEM parts. Mark spent plenty of time with me before and after explaining things and showing me the condition of old parts that had come off the car (e.g. The bushes and the old belt). Highly recommend.”

Their speediness was especially helpful on the day because I needed to get on the road ASAP to attend a funeral. The guy who served me (I didn't catch his name sadly) was really helpful even though he was on his own that day, and even gave me a complimentary bag for my locking wheel nut which was a nice touch. “Ordered slabs and sand for patio. Order was delivered next day, and we were given call hour before delivery. There were some slabs missing which they informed, and said will deliver them on Monday. And we received the rest on Monday as promised. When started working, noticed cracks on some slabs, after some calls and emails were able to receive replacement, and they were delivered same day. Very thankful for the support and quick response.”

“A lovely team greeted us at the Clarendon, we only stayed for one night. But will be back to use a hub to visit the surrounding areas. The rooms were fine and decent, one of the strongest showers too. They have a bar here, which is brilliant priced. A car park and garden area by the river were also a nice point.”
