β2 weeks ago, I had a brilliant pedicure by one of the senior manicurists, Josefa. She was kind, attentive, and patient. I struggle with ingrown toenails and was in a bit of pain. I explained my situation to her, and she was willing and more than well-equipped to assist. She took her time with me and did not rush despite having a client after me; she wanted to finish the job well and stayed with me until she ensured I was satisfied and that I was no longer in discomfort.
