“Tippitoes (the building next to the small playground) is a lovely place to pass time on the sometimes long days with small children. Dawn always gives a warm welcome and a cup of tea and biscuit is a nice bonus, which you don’t get at some of the more expensive classes. The sessions are mostly free play with some songs at the end. There is always a nice variety of toys so the children are happy but also friendly parents/grandparents/nannies to chat to, which is nice for the adults. Dawn runs morning sessions Mon - Fri and afternoon sessions on Wednesday and Friday when not many other activities are on. We also had my daughter’s birthday party here which I’d highly recommend.”

“Great space & plenty of play opportunities. However, I have noticed some surfaces & equipment for example the baby bouncers are sticky & very grimy. Every time we visit my children are always ill. I have now come to realise it is probably because of this play area. They both also have had Scarlett fever which I believe was from attending.”

“I will add photos later as the ones available don't do it justice. There is a really large open space for dog walking, running or sunbathing etc and a track around its edging where a lot of people ride bikes. The children's play area is great. My son loves it. It gad swings, slides and climbing frames for all ages. Definitely worth a visit. It gas a friendly vibe and there is always kids to interact with”

“It was my first visit to cloud 9 but my son has been quite a lot with a carer. My rating for the venue is 5 out of 5. We received a warm and Friendly greeting on arrival from ( I believe) the deputy manager . Booking in was easy and we were directed to the safety briefing room. The same guy did the safety briefing and he was clear and very informative. We then went into the play area which was bright and clean and what really impressed me was members of staff on each piece of equipment to ensure the safety of participants. I spoke to several of these staff members and they were all friendly. When the session ended we popped upstairs and the bar area looked really good although we had to leave without using. Next time we go I will use! Did use the toilets which were clean and tidy. Left the venue feeling really happy.”

“Nice space to play and workout. Use the workout area and it’s usually pretty quiet when I go there. The zip line in the play area is fun and my daughters enjoyed coming here when they were younger. The path going through is nice and it’s a great spot for a picnic too. Nice amount of wildlife and blackberries bushes are currently in flower. Pretty!”

“I am a support worker for children with additional needs. On Monday last week I attended with a young man who let’s just say left a big mess that most people would absolutely hate. I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me however the new manager who I’ve been told her name is Els was absolutely wonderful, helpful and put me at ease. It wasn’t a pleasant situation and she helped a lot. Very lovely young lady. I felt awful and she put me at ease and told me not to worry.”
