“I have received absolutely outstanding service since joining Loughton Leisure Centre. From the very beginning, Sharon, one of the managers, has been nothing short of amazing. I initially enquired online and was quickly contacted by Sharon, who followed up with a phone call and arranged a tour. I suffer with excruciating pain and often find gyms intimidating, but Sharon’s kind and genuine nature instantly put me at ease. At one point, I became tearful during our conversation, and she didn’t just brush it off — she listened, handed me a tissue, and gave me a reassuring hug. There was never any pressure to join; instead, I felt supported and understood. That made all the difference. Since signing up, I’ve been attending regularly, and the atmosphere continues to be welcoming. Becca, another member of staff, always greets members with a big smile and even remembers names — such a simple but meaningful touch that makes you feel valued. Both Sharon and Becca are a true credit to the Centre. I’ve already recommended Loughton Leisure Centre to friends and family so they too can experience the top-class service and supportive environment. Since joining, my pain has become more manageable, and I genuinely look forward to coming in. “writing this as i eat it, firstly the staff was incredible kind and helpful with what to pick etc, and after watching them make the food and others (very carefully and with care!) i had high hopes. It certainly delivered as the food tastes exceptionally fresh and good. I don’t usually write reviews but after seeing the somewhat negative reviews i had to write my own as i am genuinely very pleased after eating here. please give this a try!”

She was so nice and friendly and kept checking if we need anything at all, amazing staff member and you can tell she loves her job. Never experienced good customer service like hers. They're so much happier at home than in a cattery, the service is excellent value for money and it's so easy to book the home visits, this really is a great company to use.”

“Today I see a dentist I haven't seen before, but, I must say that she was excellent! I'm nervous when I attend the dentist so like to see the same one each time, but due to personal reasons I had the option to re book or see someone else. I didn't want to charged my appointment so decided to go with a different dentist and she was so nice, kind and considerate. Would recommend her and would have no concerns about seeing her again. “Just wandered in after a lovely big walk in Epping forest with a good old friend, and I have to say, what a fantastic weatherspoons! Ordered a small freshly battered cod and chips with mushy peas and a leffe blonde to wash it down (lunchtime deals of course! £6.99?! Can’t say fairer than that!) Can confidently say it was the best weatherspoons food I’ve ever had, fish was perfectly cooked, fantastically crispy batter whilst maintaining a juicy succulent cod piece in the middle, and might I say generous portions for a small plate! Perfectly poured crisp pint to top it all off, what more could you ask for? The last post? It’s my FIRST choice in Loughton let me tell you that much :)”

“I use this shop on a daily basis even though theyre slightly higher prices than your average tesco ect you cant put a price on A convenience and B love and care, ive known the lady in the shop since I was pregnant with my son who is nearly 6 years old, shes friendly and helpful always gives my son a nice cuddle they legit call each other my friend and my son, if I am going to the shop I always take my boy cant put a price on their love and friendship, the other staff there are friendly and helpful too. It may be a convenient store to some but to us its family.”
