“I was travelling alone and had a long early morning flight ahead so moved from another hotel in central London to Aerotel London at Heathrow Terminal 3, and I'm so glad I did! I had a single room with no window, and I had no plans other than to sleep, so, while it was small, it was convenient, clean and comfortable. I had three suitcases and they fit conveniently in front of the bed, and there is a small bench where you can rest an open case to go through it. There are three hangers on a stylish set of holders for your clothes/outer-wear. There is a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, and there is a small restaurant on the 3rd floor called the Library. The lobby has some snacks and drinks for purchase also. Check-in and check-out were both easy, and the staff were friendly. Considering this is in the middle of an airport, it was so quiet! I will definitely stay here on my next transit through Terminal 3.”

“I popped into Boots on Hounslow High Street for a last‑minute travel‑size toiletries top‑up. The store was open early (around 8:30am) which was great for a weekday run. It’s easy enough to get around, and I found what I needed — shampoo, toothpaste and a small pack of pain‑killers. Staff at the counter were polite and efficient when I checked out. I also noticed they had a fair selection of beauty and skincare items, so it’s good for both essentials and little treats. On the downside, some of the shelves felt a bit sparse — a few items I wanted were out of stock. But overall it felt convenient, especially if you’re after quick everyday essentials.”

“If I could give Wahweda who was the sales assistant on the Privee range 10* I would, I have many bottles of this range it’s the only fragrance I wear . I was with my cousin and she wasn’t aware of the range and sold it to her . Waheeda knew all about the fragrances and about the layering. Even though I didn’t buy a bottle my cousin did . “Stopped here for a bite to eat while waiting for my flight, honestly, I'm pretty shocked at the low review of this place, it was pretty good! I decided to get the meat pie of the day which was a steak pie and it came with gravy, mashed potatoes and heated greens. For an airport, I don't know what more you could ask for. Sure, it was pricy, loud, and busy, but it's an airport. If you're here looking for a luxury quant experience I suggest touching grass instead.”
