Rachel immediately put me at ease working with my to find out every little detail I'd be looking for and guiding me through the design process. Rachel is an insightful and patient designer and the design process with her was really enjoyable (not something I ever thought I'd say given the pressures involved!!). She created a ring which brings my fiancé joy everyday and I constantly find her in a room in the house, sat in silence just staring at it. I couldn't recommend this service more, it made the process of designing ann engagement ring genuinely enjoyable and the results were incredible.”

Lara was super lovely and welcoming, explained everything very thoroughly and clearly and was very rigorous with cleanliness.
