“We were very satisfied with our stay at Motel One Tower Hill. The hotel is modern, quiet, and perfectly located to explore London. The only thing that might be a matter of personal preference is that the windows cannot be opened. Apart from that, everything was excellent. We definitely recommend it!”

The menu was very diverse and, most importantly, delicious. The service was outstanding thanks to the staff. Special thanks to Mishel for the most delicious cocktails, and also to Satish, Sumit, Marian and Alona — an amazing team. At the end of our visit, we were given a voucher with a QR code for complimentary parking. Highly recommended!”

“Very good value for money. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Location is nice with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. A bit noisy because of traffic and planes, but thats what you get in busy London. It's only 1 hour with public transport to the center of London and just 30 minutes tot Heathrow airport. The staff is kind and helpful. I only used breakfast and the variation an quality was perfect for me.”

“Two night stay, great location, 2 min walking distance to a lot of great eateries on Richmond High Street, and to the tube station. Only downside is parking, there’s a very expensive multi storey next door, and a slightly better NCP multi storey behind the tube station. Rooms clean and staff polite, would happily come again”

“The hotel is in a quiet location with Pub facilities on site for drinks and meals. The staff welcomed me and were helpful when checking in and out explaining how to access and leave keys. Room was clean and very comfortable. There is parking although I travelled by underground which was about 8 minutes walk from the hotel. Elina and Mariana on duty at the time attended to me , courteous, really pleasant to talk with and approachable when needed as I asked about busy times and booking again for another visit. I enjoyed the stay.”

“Stayed here with trepidation given the mixed reviews but can honestly say I enjoyed my stay. For a very low price you get a decent sized room (much bigger than many I’ve stayed in in central London), a hot shower and clean facilities, comfortable beds, 24/7 front desk, bar and restaurant on site, convenient location for nearby sites (Hampton Court Palace, Richmond Park, Ham House, Wimbledon), helpful and friendly staff and the option to pay a small fee for car parking, a good breakfast or early check-in/late check-out. We even had a nice view overlooking the church next door. Yes, the room was warm but NOT unbearably so. Criticisms about lack of aircon aren’t exactly fair. It isn’t common to find aircon in London hotel rooms and you get what YOU pay for!”

“We spent two nights at the “more than” Goodenough Guest House. Andy, the host, was very kind and served us robust English breakfasts each morning. We stayed in the loft room which was perfect for my son and me, visiting family just down the road where there was a full house. I loved the large bathtub. At 6’4” (193 cm) I appreciated the large soaking tub in the bath, where there was also a shower. One should know, no lift and no air conditioning. Didn’t bother us. We were lucky with weather and the air was cool at the end of July and the neighborhood quiet, so we could have the windows opened. The beds were comfortable, and a nice sofa to have a cup of tea, play a card game and relax. Short walk to the train. Totally clean! We loved it and will return!”

The staff were very attentive to her and made sure that she was fed and watered every day, while also ensuring her room was cleaned and she was given the opportunity to stretch her legs. They also picked up on her personality straight away and knew how to handle her. It was her first time at the cattery, and both I and her were very nervous, but the staff there made sure she was safe and sound the whole time. “I would 100% recommend these rooms wholeheartedly. They were beautiful! ( 2 rooms booked) including a family room for 4. Spotlessly clean, large beautiful rooms with far more provided than we expected.m, inc tea and coffee tray nice soaps etc. Lovely location with ample parking. Even the sheets were luxurious. Also access to an ironing board snd iron, which came in very handy. We arrived late, and the owner came out to make sure we were sorted. Honestly can't praise enough, thank you!”

“I used to hang out here a bit with family and friends in my tweens, teens and twenties; when you lived in Hillingdon in the 70's and 80's, a visit to Denham offered you a window on a beautiful 'other' world! The Falcon is still a great place to drink, and, sitting on the Green outside, with a glass of wine on a sunny day was just about perfect.”

“A great stay in the Victoria area. Rooms were very clean. Very easy check-in and staff was super friendly. Big shout out to Khilan on the night shifts! Very social and welcoming host in the reception. Had a great chat with him both nights of our stay when we came back to the hotel. Very genuine person that made us feel welcomed. Excellent stay!”

“Very clean, bright, warm, in a great location for the nearby tube station (5 minutes walk away) with helpful staff accessible 24/7. My apartment had a bedroom, kitchen/living/dining area, decent sized bathroom and I felt it was much better value than an hotel. All necessary facilities provided: hairdryer, ironing board and iron and in the kitchen a good sized fridge, a cooker and microwave. Although it was central, it wasn't noisy. I always travel with earplugs, but didn't need them. The mattress was comfortable too - nearly forgot to mention that crucial detail!”

“Outstanding dining at this beautifully located pub with rooms to stay. Just on the edge of Hampstead Heath. Could not be a better location for a pre lunch or after lunch meander over the heath as well as the quality of the cooking and alcoholic drinks served. I had a fantastic lunch there. For starters the most amazing mushroom and cream soup and so well presented. For the main I had the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, which was delicious. I tried the spicy Margarita - superb and Alan who is the assistant manager recommended a glass of San Joanne Terroir Mineral Branco - Vinho Verde 2022. The best white wine i have ever had anywhere. So good I bought a bottle to take home for Christmas day. I only found this lovely pub after buying a book from Daunts near to Hampstead Heath station called The Heath, written by Hunter Davies. He wrote a whole chapter about this wonderful pub. Alan very kindly showed me some of the guest rooms they have and if I was you and visiting in the area you could not stay anywhere better. The food and alcoholic beverages are also not bettered anywhere else near the area and quite frankly can easily compete with Mayfair for quality. Needless to say do go and stay at least 2 nights, or more if you can. Thank you so much Alan for a truly outstanding lunch. I will be back.”

“Great hotel with a good breakfast. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 grandchildren overnight as we were going to the near by Harry Potter world. Only 20 minutes away. Comfy beds , clean, and great walk in shower with soap/ shampoo / shower gel provided. Also a note saying if you’d forget necessary items ie razor, sanitary towels, toothbrush that the hotel would provide these as a courtesy”

“great cosy flat, there is everything you need, location is a very good base and communicating with the host, Charlotte, is easy and enjoyable. Little garden with outside table is a real asset. Plus a lot of extra service (oyster cards, some food...). We loved the place and we'll come back. Fully recommend!”

“Fabulous stay at The Foley. All the staff are amazing, lovely relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was large, clean and well decorated. Very good complementary toiletries in bathroom to use. Ate in both nights and food was delicious. Would definitely go back if needed to stay in Surrey again.”

“Our son lives in Twickenham and this is our ‘go to’ hotel when we visit. Great location, clean cosy rooms and friendly efficient staff. We sometimes take our evening meal here and have always been very happy with the quality and choice. Good beers too. On one or two occasions we’ve struggled to get the television to work. It’s not a straightforward system so it can be easier to simply connect to the Internet and use my iPad. Aside this small niggle the hotel is perfect for us and we will continue to use it. Watch the room prices though, they can be very high on certain rugby match days.”
