The staff are always super helpful when it comes to sizing, I needed a dress for holiday and the size wasn’t available in store the ladies kindly ordered it for me and I had it within two days, they always go above and beyond for their customers which is rare to find in most shops!”

This is because they were helpful on the phone - they made suggestions which possibly I could have done to fix the problem without the expense of calling them out. I was unable to sort out the problem so they came the next day and fixed it almost immediately plus gave us some good advice. Their fee was fair and competitive and they were pleasant and helpful. I bought one pair of beautiful stud earrings from the window and then two more plain silver hoops that they ordered in for me from the catalogue, which were delivered exactly when they said they'd be and they texted me to let me know when they arrived. The staff are helpful and knowledgable and the earrings were much better quality than you'll get in high street fashion stores. As well as the window display they have more jewellery in cabinets inside and I also replaced my watch battery which they charged me a very reasonable price for. Definitely come and support this local business instead of the chains if you can!”
