“Parking is shambley but not their fault. Feel signage about place of shop and parking could be clearer but only an issue on first visit. Won’t make the mistake of accident driving down again! However the staff are lovely! Always have what I need in stock or ready to order for next day. “Took my wifes Mercedes 9 years old to get the auxiliary battery changed and replacement brake pads. After they diagnosed the problem it was a capacitor that had failed which they then replaced, they happily dealt with the warranty company to ensure the works were covered. They also advised the brake pads did not require replacing, demonstrates how honest they are. All this was done within a day and my wife collected the car. She commented she received the same warm welcome I got and even commented how comfortable she felt dealing the the guys down there. They know how to put you at ease. The service they provided was better than the Mercedes dealership we normally use and they are good as you would expect for the prices you pay!!!. Unit Exchange are fantastic, the labour charge very fair and extremely good for the highly experience guys there. I would highly recommend this family run business, I am certainly going to be using them again.”
