From the friendly greetings you receive as soon as you walk in to the staff in the gym who are always on hand to help you; to the lab bar & restaurant which has such a lovely vibe and an even lovelier menu! I had a bit of an issue with my direct debit and the club secretary was so professional and helpful sorting it out for me so quickly. They have recently refurbished the pool area to include an ice bath, new & improved sauna and WOW I always leave feeling so refreshed. What a lovely place”

I was served by an Asian lady, and regrettably forgot to get her name, but she was extremely accomodating and so very helpful!!
