“Excellent service! Danielle at Magnet Islington was a great help all the way from design to post delivery. Very proactive, personable, and willinging to answer our questions. Designing was an enjoyable experience with her. We were given time to design and decide. A number of other kitchen providers rushed the experience, using expiring offers to pressure deposits. The products themselves are good quality. We got a fair price for quality. The wall cabinets have depth to hold plates etc whereas other kitchen providers skip on this. Doors and backboards also thick. Delivery team helpful, and carried everything up 2 flights of stairs. We installed the kitchen ourselves. Danielle was on hand to answer questions post delivery, during installation. One small piece of feedback. Other kitchen providers do laser measurements, instead of tape. This would be helpful for kitchens such as ours which don't have 90degree corners.”

The security team were brilliant ,very professional and welcoming. The queue and entry were smooth and well managed, which made the night start stress free. The music was superb, and the DJ’s performance kept the energy alive all night long ,truly one of the best club experiences I’ve had. (**A special thank you to the head doorman, MURAD**)he was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he was extremely helpful, made sure we felt safe, and went out of his way to look after us. His collaboration and support in guiding us to our table really stood out and made the night even better. Overall, a fantastic night at London Reign ,great atmosphere, top-class security, smooth entry, and incredible music. Highly recommend!”

Despite this, no compromises were made by Dekko to quality or attention to detail. Only the highest grade materials were used, along with top quality German appliances fitted from the likes of Bosch and Siemens. They provided comprehensive customer service throughout, they understood what I was after and were able to complete the kitchen to the exact specification and they were always ready to answer any questions I had.
