“I stayed in Apartment 13 (one bedroom) for a few nights in August 2019. What a great apartment! It was clean, modern bathroom, basic kitchen facilities - everything you needed for a short stay! There was even a laundry available to use on the ground floor. The check in and out process was so easy. You get a message the day before with a door code and then your keys are waiting for you in a letter box inside the building, you just drop your keys back here when you leave. There are several deadlocks to the apartment door making the apartment very secure. Yes there is no lift and depending on which floor your apartment is on you may have to walk up a few flights of stairs - but it is the same for all apartments in this area. If you are wanting a lift you either need to choose another location or increase your budget and stay in one of the hotels in the area. I had no issues carrying my suitcase up the stairs. The location was fantastic for exploring London. It was walking distance to Regents Park, Paddington and Marble Arch. Edgeware Rd station was a five minute walk. Paddington Station a ten minute walk which was perfect for jumping on the Heathrow Express to get to the airport. Plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. I was more than happy with my stay here. I think the apartments are reasonably priced for the standard and location. I would not hesitate in recommending these apartments and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.”

Like a mini department store it sells from ladies, men's, children's clothes and shoes to pots, pans, electric goods , toys to perfume and furniture Many at discounted prices Staff are nice, some are often surly!”

“We had our daughter birthday party at this venue on Saturday. It is a beautiful venue very spacious and clean. The food is excellent and the staff and chief on the day was fantastic, very helpful and supportive. That everyone had an enjoyable time. I would like to say thank you to the staff and chief. “Ordered from snug because our original sofa ordered got delayed 3 months even after we had waiting 2. Snug had such a fast delivery and we hadn't sat on it but it had a 30 day returns policy. Great customer service I made a mistake on the order and it was quickly resolved. Super fast delivery. Easy to install. Very comfortable, nice material and lovely colour.”

“Can't believe the reviews about the customer service as my experince was polar opposite - I went in to buy my mum a dressing gown for her 70th and a lovely woman called Denise could not have been more helpful! She went as far as not wanting me to get my clothes fluffy she tried it on for me as my mums the same height! Then wrapped it up and gave me a card to write and an extra bag so I could give it all beautifully wrapped to my mum on her birthday this weekend! They were low on stock and sizes but the best customer service I've had in so long I wanted ro write a review to let the store know it was an excellent experience!”

“They are fashion and homeware retailer, rivalling TK Max. This brunch is located in The Mall shopping centre. They are plenty is restaurants near buy to a little treat afterwards. There is good foot traffic, to entice you. Inside the shop there is plenty of space not a lot of products to cover the area but at least there is room for when you have to browse in store. Decent selection of products in store, there is option to pay by card near the exit and they also have click and collect services”

“First visit to the Builder Depot as they are the only place to stock Lime Green in London. The place is a magical wonderland for anyone with a hint of practical nous (or those trying to achieve it). Ordered click and collect the night before and it was ready very early in the morning. When I arrived, I checked in on my phone and a lovely cheerful chap called Jamie R helped load into the car. Went in to pick something else up quickly and the place is incredible, I could have spent hours just looking around. It's clean and tidy and the people are friendly and ready to help.”

“This wasn't the most stylish, trendy hotel - but it was comfortable, very clean, and had a fridge in the room which was awesome. Room was cleaned fully each day, good water pressure, it had everything I needed. Very close to harrow and wealding station as well as harrow on the hill as well.”

“Shanar, Page and Angel were amazing. The vibes were perfect for a Wetherspoons — social, welcoming and outgoing. Even though the security was a bit hostile, the team completely changed the atmosphere. Mr. Hostile is clearly good at his job, just very… well, hostile — hence the name. But the ladies were incredibly accommodating and accepting. The banter was 10/10, and they’ve got a brilliant team overall. Big shout-out to the manager, Shanar — she’s brilliant. Apologies if I’ve spelt the name wrong!”
