“I popped into this branch to find a jumper for my wife. As a man, I’m completely useless at choosing clothes, and nine times out of ten I get it wrong. Today, a young lady asked if she could help. She asked what my wife usually likes and picked out a few tops as suggestions. I chose one, took it home, and my wife absolutely loved it. The assistant was amazing. She introduced herself as Louise, and after speaking to my wife later, it turns out Louise has helped her in the past as well. Louise is a real credit to the Loughton branch. I hope this feedback is passed on to her with my thanks.”

“Stayed for one night as we were going to the Royal Albert Hall for a gig. Good prompt reception, clean rooms, decent breakfast. Great location if you're visiting and sightseeing. “First of all I did read of the reviews, but when we actually went there it was quite well maintained and run effectively. The rooms were is good condition and kept clean, and they provided a breakfast service which served freshly cooked hot means. I was initially concerned, since reading negative reviews. Needless to say I think they have reevaluated their selves and made improvements, therefore in the whole it's rather decent for a 2-star hotel.”

“I just stayed for 10 days. Everyone there was very helpful to me. This is not the nicest hotel in London, but it doesn’t pretend to be. This place is in a great location and The rate could not be better. There were some issues in the past at this location but that was with previous owners. The folks running it now are competent, kind, and attentive. If you want to stay at a hotel chain then go stay there. You will pay a lot more. If you are looking for a nice space that won’t break the bank, you’ve just found your hotel!”

“The room is clean and everything else is neat, tidy too. I only write this review because of other low rated review that was written before and I was worry before I come BUT NOT anymore after I am staying right now on July 2022. Everything is great especially with this price. They even put microwave and refrigerator that I don't see it in my Marriott Hotel that I stayed last week. For your information, it is a little far from train station and NO air condition for American. Other than that I can't ask for more with this price that is around the same as HOSTELS and NEARER to London than other cheap motels, hotels with your own clean room.”

“I was really worried about these beds after reading the reviews after I purchased however I did have a good experience. The beds came on time the day they were expected and in great condition for the price. The only issue was when I emailed the customer service I didn’t get a response only a generic message back so if I had of had issues or wanted to change the delivery then I’d of had no way of contacting them so they definitely do need to improve this.”

“A short walk from the tube. Our room was small, but big enough. It had an ensuite with a great shower. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and a decent TV. We only stayed one night, and were made to feel very welcomed by everyone there. Excellent value for money too.”
