“I've been craving a new suit from Adam of London since my last visit several years ago. Made it into the shop on a Friday afternoon to be greeted by the man himself. I explained what I was looking for, he found my size, helped me try it on and pinned it for alterations by my local tailor as his tailor was on vacation. Even after I was set on a particular suit, he had me try on another couple of jackets to make sure we had selected the proper cut. This to me is a mark of impeccable professionalism. He could have simply let me pick it out, pay and walk out the door. But he chose to go a step above, and it says everything about the man. He's a very interesting fellow, with some great stories to tell and a great sense of humor. I really didn't "need" another suit, but I have no regrets about selecting from Adam.”

Protests in London meant I could only reach them for a first visit on the Sunday, but by Monday early afternoon, not only had they helped select the perfect two tailored suits I needed, they had also adjusted them, made to measure. I selected a chair but at the last minute decide to try the best seller. This was much more comfortable and available. Martin told me that if I ordered it before 16:00 hours he could do same day delivery. Having consulted with my wife I called Martin to confirm the order and make payment. Martin delivered it, put it together and demonstrated it. At no time was I put under any pressure to buy from Suite Deals, and the service provided by Martin was excellent. “If you are looking for a no frills room that is in a superb location, this hotel is for you. I only stayed one night for business. When I checked in I was feeling terrible and I arrived early. Check in wasn't for another hour, I was going to cancel my room and book at another Marriott since I have status and usually can check in early. The young lady working at the front desk was super helpful and saw that I wasn't feeling well, I didn't catch her name I wish I had because she sprung into action. She told me to have a seat and she was going to see what she could do to help. She was so kind and empathetic and was able to get me into a room quickly so I could rest. I appreciated that gesture beyond belief! The room was clean, no frills, just a bed, small bathroom and necessities. If you've ever stayed on a cruise ship, the rooms are exactly that of a cruise ship. The location is across the street from Victoria train and underground station with food and transportation. Even though it was only for one night, it was a wonderful experience with Marriott hospitality that makes me continue to be a loyal customer.”

Breakfast serving is absolutely the best I've had at any hotel and they even have 24 hour coffee to enjoy the lovely lounge area. And then a selection of frozen foods and snacks for you to prepare and enjoy your kitchenette of your room. What a find. What a treat.”

“I went to this place in July to try on a shirt and I was served by a horrible woman, I think she was the manager from what I gathered as she was talking down to her colleagues etc. I was asking about the returns policy because I wanted to see how it would like with my suit at home and she said I couldn’t return it? So I left the shirt and she was so rude about it, to the point where she started ignoring me! then thought ahhh I won’t go back there again but then gave it another try on Friday just gone as I was in a last minute panic so it was my last resort and Martin was a godsend, he was so accommodating, he essentially created a fashion montage for me and my two friends which really made the whole experience so fun! He could see I was struggling with making a decision and kept the store open for a bit longer just so I didn’t feel under pressure. I think all stores need a Martin, he turned a negative experience into such a positive one! Managed to get my tux in time, the store managed to send it for alterations and get it back to us a day earlier than expected!”
