“I was here on Friday 15th August and was looked after by a young guy (didn't get his name) although young, he did get my reference to a tv show from a good few years ago so not your typical Insta gen kid... He was so attentive and polite and helped me to get everything I wanted. He also arranged for stuff that wasn't in store to be delivered to my house the next day. I had my wife and toddler with me and he wasn't distracted by the noise of her (kid not wife lol) in fact he was lovely to her too, as were the other staff members. Lovely experience and lovely clothes. I'll be back in Autumn and hope he's still working there.”

He spotted when it wasn't a good fit and encouraged us to leave with the right fit rather than rush a sale. I had to go through several pairs for it and it took a while but I left really happy. First time at Jones. I'll be back based on this experience.”

(There is also diamond factory in HG) Very helpful person working there and we had good selection to look at. Went there on a Saturday no problems parking (reckon there probably is during week) Its part of office block which has a number of businesses within it.”
