“I attended Ernest Jones on the 18th March 2023, Watford for a personal appointment. Oliver assisted me with looking at the watches. Oliver was very knowledgeable and passionate about the watches. He was fantastic in giving me help and advice with the different watch brands. It was such a pleasure to meet him and to gain his expertise. The store was very well presented and clean. Oliver used an attentive and helpful approach. The range of watches is limited with further watches that can be ordered to the store. I had a enjoyable experience visiting the store. I would also like to thank Imran after a visit to the store today on 25th March 2023. He was very friendly and helpful. Making sure that that all my needs were attended to.
