“I have never had any issues with the staff. I must say the service is really fast and convenient. I applied for a visa by post and and the process was 3 days from when I sent it to when I received it. I posted for next day delivered and returned. Posted on a Tuesday and received it back on a Thursday same week. Tell me which other embassy can do that? I once applied by post but did not put in all documents. My documents were sent back including the application fee. Try doing that with the UK embassy or US embassy and see how long it will take to get a reply or if you will see you money. Credit should be given when earned. Well done and carry on with the good job. I am happy for the good job you guys are doing. Improvements will always come at some point. Rome was not built in a day.”

“Dee and her team recently catered a big 50th garden party celebration for us (~65 people) and her food was AMAZING. She came super prepared with her team of helpers, and getting Thai bowl food out for all our guests was done seamlessly. She just got on with it, not needing much from me as a host. Since the party, the first comment all of our friends have made is how amazing the food was. The food was clearly the star of the show, and we were in very good hands. Dee is fab to work with, accommodating and nothing is too much hassle. Another bonus is she left the kitchen as spotlessly clean with no evidence she was even there! I would not hesitate to use her again, or recommend her to anyone who is looking for top quality food made with love.”

“Gave these a ring after my LG OLED stopped working. They came and collected the TV a few days later and returned it 10 days after that. A much better service than I was getting from LG who has no interest in providing any after sale service. TV is working perfectly again. 2 great guys collected the TV. Very polite and knowledgeable. When they returned the TV one of them explained the fault and why they carried out the type of repair they did. I was very happy with the price I was quoted and that price never changed.
