“Wedding venue We got married at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond on the 18th of October and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. We chose the winter wedding package, and everything from start to finish was beautifully organised. Laure was absolutely wonderful – calm, patient, and so responsive throughout the whole planning process. She explained everything clearly, gave fantastic advice, and it was lovely to have her there on the day with her calm, kind and reassuring manner. The venue looked stunning, with the room very professionally set up and the riverside location providing a beautiful backdrop. The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how smoothly the whole day ran. The fire pit, hot chocolate, and mulled wine were the perfect added touches for an autumn wedding. A huge thank you to Laure, Sherry, and the entire team at the Bingham Riverhouse for making our wedding day so special. Everything was flawless, and we’ll remember the day for years to come. “Usual wide variety of different lines. Plenty of space for social distancing and well signed instructions to help. Staff all have a bright positive attitude and have continued to help their customers all through the lockdowns. Alot of other stores should follow their example.”

“Very nice standard of rooms, large and clean. Very quiet, especially in inside rooms away from the road. Breakfast was good but as it wasn't busy it was sat under the heaters waiting so didn't feel as fresh as it could have. Bus stop outside or a 10 min walk to the Tube. Staff were pleasant and I will certainly stay again. Good value at the time of booking as had an offer on.”

“I never really have cause to go into jewelry shops (I don't really wear any) but I found a watch online that I knew Ernest Jones might be able to get in stock. I wanted to buy it in store, as the only way to keep shops open is for people to actually go in them, but only if they could get the watch and match the price. Oddly, not only was I helped by another Gemma (but a Jemma!) she was lovely and wonderfully helpful. She called another store that carried the watch, organised a price match and had it delivered to that store, so I wouldn't have to go too far to get it. There was the option of having it delivered to my home, but I preferred to pop back into the shop. Everything was made so easy, it was all organised for me and with total cheerfulness, nothing forced or false. There was another lady working there, but although we didn't speak, she was very smiley, despite it being first thing in the morning! The store was tidy, clean and organised, with just a little too much wear on the carpet to age the shop, but shop carpets are always the first victim to wear and tear! Jemma was an absolute delight and I'm genuinely happy to go back in and collect my new watch. Admittedly I'm more excited for the watch, but it's really pretty! I really cannot stress enough how friendly Jemma was, with no hint of annoyance at my weird questions or overly chatty behaviour (I'm a Sunflower person and had only taken my medication about an hour before, which takes a couple of hours to get me to 'normal' person level!) She was fabulous and a true benefit to the company.”

“Our daughter has just finished a week at Camp Wild and she loved it!! This was her first time at Camp Wild, we tried so many different holiday clubs in the last years and it has always been a bit of a struggle, but this week Elsa would wake up early to go to Camp Wild :-) Camp Wild will definitely be our holiday club moving forward. The staff is great and the mixed gender team provides a good balance to the children. They do so many activities; there is really something for everyone to enjoy. Thanks to Camp Wild team!!”
