He took time to talk me through the highlights I wanted, using a colour chart and ensuring I understood the result and agreed the approach, and didn't feel like part of a production-line high volume generic salon. The result is better than I hoped for and I will definitely be back as Olsi is a true professional and clearly understands not just the immediate outcome but how it will change over the coming weeks. However - last couple of times I’ve been there, one of the new guys a couple of weeks ago pressured me into tipping, but when returning today giving the benefit of the doubt another new guy completely blanked me when waiting for my change and took it without me even having a choice. I would advise finding one of the good guys and sticking with them..”

“Vibes for real. Kai you are a Capital F Legend. My hair was in tatters aside my free forms and he gave my head a good fix. I couldn't not leave a review. That was the first haircut I had in 5/6 years. Aswell as Kai other staff where putting time and effort in to everyone's experience. My friend kept pushing me to get it cut here inparticular and I definitely understand why, as well as being great business and having skilled and clearly very well trained Barbers, they made me feel pampered today. I don't normally like getting regular haircuts, this place makes me want to change that stance. Bless Kai and Smokeys”

I came in with a difficult design and it was done so beautifully and she went above and beyond to give me an even more beautiful design! The price was perfect and they give you a loyalty card too. “I’ve visited a few times in the last month, predominantly to grab coffee and work. The staff are always very friendly and last time I visited with my partner, we were given a free pot of Persian tea, which was delicious. The coffee (particularly cappuccino) is excellent, as are the smoothies. The food is very good on the whole, though I would personally prefer the bacon fried or grilled. Would highly recommend popping by for a coffee and breakfast/brunch.”

“What a wonderful group Christmas meal we have just had. The food was generous and delicious. The printing of nameplates with food choice of each guest was genius. Festive decorations and crackers to pull made the atmosphere lovely and christmassy. Being able to pay with cash also helped for those without bank accounts!”

I present as female, so often barbers don't know how to handle me/my hair. But this kind gentleman gave me a sleek style after asking a few questions about what I was looking for. “Great place for clothes shopping on a budget with lovely designs. I tend to buy all my nephews' clothes from there as they have great designs and good quality for what you pay. No need for expensive clothes when they outgrow them in no time. Most importantly though some of their staff make you feel welcome and remember you from last time.”

“This is the healthiest take out I’ve ever had & I know that it is prepared with love ❣️ The freshness of the sides is mind blowing but the star of the show has to be the slow cooked meat, which is always succulent & the different rubs/marinades just add to enhance the flavour of great quality produce. Delivery is great & if you want to heat anything up it comes with instructions - I’ve done both & either way it is delicious. One of the great things to come out of lockdown & if I could give it more than 5 ⭐️ I would.”

“We had a 60th birthday here and can honestly say it was amazing! David the owner was fantastic and really attentive. The price was really good & the DJ is included in the price! They provide a a balloon arch, lighting, decorations and you can bring your own food which definitely saves some money! Would absolutely recommend this venue for an event. We set up the morning of and they cleared the decorations for us the next day. We also had the outside terrace just for our party which was a great bonus!”

“I visited Clarks as I needed some new shoes for my holiday and also some kids shoes for my son. I must have tried on about 10 different shoes as I have problems with my feet where one foot is larger than the other. I found the sales assistants very friendly and the branch manager was also very friendly and kind. I'm surprised how patient they were with me as I tried on many shoes.
