“I was here to buy a backpack for a friend. The shop itself is not huge (as compared to those in the city centre which have two floors) but have a good stock of a variety of items (esp the children section) , at a cheaper price (due to duty free). There are quite a lot of items on sale as well. The staff are super friendly in helping me to get items that are stored too high to my height, and in storing that for me at the counter while I shop, without being too aggressive. The paying process is quick as well.”

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly by the staff who were not only professional but incredibly friendly and patient. We were looking to try on a few pairs of trainers, and the team went above and beyond to help us find the right sizes and styles. They never rushed us, even though it was quite a busy time. Their knowledge of the products was impressive, and they made helpful suggestions based on comfort and fit. “I was travelling alone and had a long early morning flight ahead so moved from another hotel in central London to Aerotel London at Heathrow Terminal 3, and I'm so glad I did! I had a single room with no window, and I had no plans other than to sleep, so, while it was small, it was convenient, clean and comfortable. I had three suitcases and they fit conveniently in front of the bed, and there is a small bench where you can rest an open case to go through it. There are three hangers on a stylish set of holders for your clothes/outer-wear. There is a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, and there is a small restaurant on the 3rd floor called the Library. The lobby has some snacks and drinks for purchase also. Check-in and check-out were both easy, and the staff were friendly. Considering this is in the middle of an airport, it was so quiet! I will definitely stay here on my next transit through Terminal 3.”

“If I could give Wahweda who was the sales assistant on the Privee range 10* I would, I have many bottles of this range it’s the only fragrance I wear . I was with my cousin and she wasn’t aware of the range and sold it to her . Waheeda knew all about the fragrances and about the layering. Even though I didn’t buy a bottle my cousin did . Waheeda had a bags with our initials made and gave a couple of samples . I just thought she had all the warmth and charisma of a wonderful assistant . Had to give her a big hug . Thank you Waheeda”

“Great little pub this. The staff are great, it wasn’t so busy and I can could pay up in front for my drinks and have then at my pace. I had the lamb chops but I forgot to take pictures but I manage to get a picture of the menu. Great food. It’s kind of like Prince of Wales from Southall.”

“Studio flats are very nice, clean and compact. Parking is available. Concierge is available 7 AM to 6 PM. There are no windows in the flats. Central air ventilation. Flats have air conditioning so during summers you can reduce the room temperature. Problems are: No direct sunlight inside. Drying clothes is a issue. Quality food (general store) for food and vegetables available right opposite to the site. Tesco is available 24x7 at the 1 min walking distance. High street right in the corner. Bus stops available right outside the apartment. Overall good for family of 3 or living alone. Rent may vary from £950 to £1200. Max size of the studio is around 450. Council is 120. For wifi broadband only Hyperoptic works inside building. Hi”

“Super easy to find inside of the London Heathrow Airport. I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I entered the establishment. I looked at the menu prior to arriving so I wouldn’t spend too much time making decisions. I chose the assortment of 8 and had them wrapped in a colored bow of my choice for no extra charge, I also tried the vanilla cake, which was recommended by the employee. It was extremely light, and delicate to taste. It was the perfect snack to eat while on my flight. I will definitely stop inside during my next visit! :-)”
