“Amazing from start to finish. Greeted at the door, shown to the table, the decor is stunning, the staff are all so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious very good portion size no waiting around served quickly and given the time to enjoy the food and not rushed to clear the table, they do have a 2hr dining policy but not strictly enforced. It was a lovely relaxing evening and definitely worth it”

We have never had a meal that we didn't find exceptional, there are good reasons why this place has won so many awards and enjoys michelin star status, the staff are excellent and the menu choices and quality match that level and then some. The chefs recommendations part of the Menu never fails to meet high standards and there ars plenty of other options throughout the menu too.”

“Joy Spice never fails to impress! This was our second order, and once again, we were blown away by both the food and the service. Ordered a bunch of dishes to try and they were all brought out quickly and bursting with flavor. A delightful surprise was the complimentary naan and papadums, a thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.”

“Manthan completely changed the way I think about Indian food. Their £30 Festive Linner is incredible value — six well-executed dishes with Michelin-level finesse. The Ghati Masala Prawns and Buttermilk Chicken were standout starters, and the Tulsi Chicken Chop was beautifully grilled. Both mains were flavourful and comforting, especially with the dal, rice and paratha on the side. Service was warm, and the peacock-blue townhouse setting in Mayfair feels elegant without being pretentious. A fantastic spot for refined Indian dining at a very reasonable price.”

“Went for breakfast this morning - open for breakfast on Saturdays ands Sundays. We started with Indian coffee and Chai. Both were delicious. We went at Saturday at 10:00 and sat inside. It wasn’t busy and the service was great. The only thing I would say is the waitress we had didn’t know what the dishes were, so I erred on the side of caution. The food was universally delicious. The bread with the Chloe Bhature was some of the best I have ever had. The Aloo Pratha was so yummy. The bacon Frenky had a decent amount of bacon. The bill was £27 including service charge. Would definitely return.”

Portion sizes are also really good and i would reccomend the chaat and paneer Makhani as well as the gulabi rani cocktail for those who drink! Prachi was super friendly and really helpful! Our party of four embarked on a memorable culinary journey guided by recommendations from our generous host and the accomplished manager, Alex—a Scotsman delightfully at home running an Indian curry house. We began with starters of crispy Bengali Fried Sardines and succulent Lamb Shashliks served with fluffy Peshwari Naan. The main courses were simply outstanding: a beautifully slow-cooked Parsi Lamb Dhansak, a rich and flavourful Chittagong King Prawn Bhuna, and an array of classic sides including Tarka Daal, Saag, and crisp Bhajis. Each dish was faultless—bursting with authenticity and flavour. Equally impressive was the service. The waitstaff went above and beyond—whether because we were special guests or simply a reflection of their natural hospitality, it made the evening all the more special.
