They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”

I only came in to pass some time as my wife was having her hair done and ended up leaving with 2 bags full of lovely items. There was no pressure put on me just honest and comfortable conversation regarding the garments. Her knowledge is second to none and service was attentive to detail. Not at any point was I made to feel rushed or a burden. Would highly recommend anyone looking for clothing to go there and ask for her to get the same experience. When I received the jewelry (within two days), I tried it on the same day. Unfortunately, one piece was too small. So I contacted customer service to request an exchange for a larger size. I received a response very quickly, and the exchange was arranged without me having to do anything further. We brought in a style we liked for an engagement ring and he was quickly able to draw up several options and was transparent about the process throughout. The final product is absolutely stunning and has a personal touch that you just can’t get from an online order. The ring was also slightly too big and it hasn’t been a problem to have it adjusted. Can’t recommend Susan Clarke highly enough!”
