“A great Homesense store, always well stocked with a huge selection of any and everything you could ever think of and more. The staff are always friendly and happy to help with large items that need moving or asking if you can leave things by the till while you continue to shop. There is always a great selection of itmes here but I put that down to the head office also being in watford and the better items coming in? One of the biggest pet section of any Homesense store i have visited and I tend to always come home with a new dog toy. All round just love the huge selection of everything from candels, pillows, garden pots and accessories all the way down to bathroom items”

“We visited this place for some last moment clothes shopping for an event. We managed to find some nice clothes. Lady at the counter was very helpful and very welcoming. I will definitely recommend this place for shopping.”

She managed to find me the correct coat upon what I described what I was looking for and it did not take her very long to do this at all. This clearly demonstrates good customer service skills and without a doubt knows her products.”

“Driven past this shop many times and made a mental note that they stocked the larger sizes for men. Called in today to buy a black suit. I was met by nice friendly man who wasn't all fake smiles and over the top attention. I told our man what I wanted, he didn't even ask me my size, he gave me a once over then handed me a jacket to try. Although the jacket fitted, he got me to try another one which fitted like a glove. I then tried the trousers on which again fitted well. Next he sorted me a nice plain white shirt. This place is real old school, where you deal with experienced knowledgeable professionals. They have a massive range of clothing and footwear. Although I wasn't rushed at all, I was in and out in 10 minutes. For me this was an excellent experience and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for quality clothing, excellent service and good value for money. We should all support these wonderful independent places before they all disappear.”

“Unfortunately my beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered for my 50th birthday did not last more than 4 days due to the extreme heat we’ve been having. I was disappointed but didn’t feel I could complain as the weather is not the fault of the florist. I emailed them and today a different, just as beautiful bunch was delivered. “Always find that the service here is very quick and efficient. The staff are friendly, professional and polite. This place has a selection of hot and cold drinks to choose from There is a wide variety of cakes and hot and cold sandwiches to choose from. As there is a lot of seating available I never have any difficulty getting a table to sit at. Price wise I would say it is in line with eating at most coffee shops”

“I attended Ernest Jones on the 18th March 2023, Watford for a personal appointment. Oliver assisted me with looking at the watches. Oliver was very knowledgeable and passionate about the watches. He was fantastic in giving me help and advice with the different watch brands. It was such a pleasure to meet him and to gain his expertise. The store was very well presented and clean. Oliver used an attentive and helpful approach. The range of watches is limited with further watches that can be ordered to the store. I had a enjoyable experience visiting the store.
