“I could not be happier with my new kitchen: it truly is the kitchen of my dreams. None of it would have been possible without Vivienne. From start to finish the service she provided was flawless. She listened to what we did & didn’t want, and produced the perfect plan, attention to detail impeccable. Perceptive & empathetic, she made suggestions which cleverly matched our tastes but also pushed us slightly out of our comfort zone - but she was absolutely right to do so. She said from the get go that we we had the room of the wow factor and our new kitchen would match, if not trump, the space. And she was right. I would also like to take this opportunity in saying that all of the people she works with - installer, plumber, electrician - are first class too. Resourceful, mindful, and just genuinely nice people. The whole project went like clockwork, Vivienne was always on hand to oversee everything & to answer any and all questions. “I had the pleasure of getting tattooed by Ivan, and I couldn't be more impressed with his work. He created a stunning tiger and swallow bird tattoo that truly blew me away. The details in the tiger’s fur and the delicate lines of the swallow are absolutely perfect. “A welcoming, friendly but professional service and high hygiene standards. I was made to feel at ease straight away by all the staff. I was given the time to discuss my tattoo, swapped ideas and measurements taken etc. Then within a week later, I was booked in. Cristian the tattoo artist, took the time to show me awesome ideas for my tattoo. These designs were much better than I could of thought of! He made sure it was all the right size and completely happy with all the intricate details, breaking down each bits of my tattoo. During the process he was checking I was okay as well as worked a lot of detail in a timely manner, but no means rushed. The end result is incredible, highly detailed, unique, personal and far better than I imagined! I’ll definitely be returning and having more tattoos by him. Highly recommended!”

“Betta did some excellent work on some tribal tattoos for me. Planned out so that I was never uncomfortable as we know how far I can go before it gets too painful. Price is as quoted so if they do it in an hour or three it’s same price. Level of detail is insane. Design is checked and checked again so that I was happy with it. Printed out then checked on arm. Made sure all was ok before even bringing a needle out. Highly recommended Just added another photo of the ongoing work. Tribal filled in and blue eyes and heart. Betta doing some great work on my arm. Another up date Now working on the other side of the arm turning into a half sleeve what started out as a tribal wrist band. So here is a run down of how it went. First hour was doing the usual consent forms then on to checking the design ( which Betta was happy to change for me). The checking how it would fit on the arm. Then print off and transfer onto arm. Betta changed a couple of things when it was on my arm because arms are 3d and paper isn’t. Once all that was done I got to check and see if it looked how I wanted it to look. We did this both looking in a mirror and photos. Then onto the actual tattoo itself. Made sure I was comfortable happy with how I have to stay. Betta works quickly for such intricate work. But always made sure I was ok. We know how far I can go it becomes too much for me. So although it looks half coloured in this was as far as I had agreed for this time and I had already booked a return visit. Service They knew I was coming and both sent me a text and email to confirm. Given a coffee on arrival and a chat to put me at ease. Any concerns I had with design were addressed and it was changed to what I preferred. Time in the chair was good being asked if I needed a break etc. after care usual high standard. Will update again as I get more done.”

“Been getting my ink done by ricci Woodward for the past 9 years, can not find a single fault from the design process to the after care explanation even down to making the whole experience as enjoyable as possible, constant offers from other members of the team for refreshments whilst being inked. I am very surprised to see low start ratings at all because I would give 10 stars if possible, very clean hygienic well run shop”

“I've been to InkFact three times now to get about 15 tattoos, building up my patchwork sleeve on my arms! I love all of them! It's such a welcoming studio and they are so accommodating to what I want and getting the size & location perfect! Giuseppe and Carlotta are super. It's a really positive and nice atmosphere - will def be going back for more in 2023! One of the best tattoo studios in London for sure :)”

“These shoes (and matching bag) are not only absolutely stunning, they are exceptionally well made and absolutely worth the wait! I had an event just 6 weeks from my order date, and I was hoping to get these in my hands in time. The customer service was exemplary, and involved multiple updates, including follow up communication which was always provided to me as promised so I was kept up to date on the progress of my order. The shoes arrived to me in the US well ahead of the anticipated date, and in plenty of time to accommodate my event date. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and cannot wait to order another color! I’ve read the Rebecca heel runs slightly large, but I am a true US 8.5 and I ordered the 38.5 and they fit perfectly. Highly recommend!”
