He got to business intently and quickly and so finally I felt the charge of only £13 was somehow an insult to him - competition around here is fierce as there must be a greater concentration of barbers in West Drayton per square metre than anywhere in greater London and I count at least six - but he's likely to have earned a repeat customer.”

“Went in today for a wax for the first time in a few years and was really apprehensive as usually find it painful. HOWEVER, Seema was very reassuring, professional and highly skilled. She made the experience pleasurable and was very fast and knowledgeable. She talked the whole way through and also gave great aftercare advice and was just generally friendly. She clearly takes great pride in what she does, which is reflected in the service she provides. My new regular waxing salon, looking forward to the next session!!”

“Honestly the best brow lady I’ve come across in London! I paid £5 for threading which I think is very reasonable, Lilly takes time to make sure your brows are perfect and gives you a lil head massage as well which was lovely.”

“The staff and owner are friendly, professional and very skilled at what they do. The shop is very clean and my 8 year old son and I have been going here for the last 3 years. There are a few barber shops within a few minutes of this place and although a bit cheaper, I do prefer this over them. Weekends may get busy but most I had to wait was around 15 minutes, normally much sooner. There are always 2-3 staff onsite and provide a fast and efficient service. Very good and friendly with kids too, even offer them a free lolly after the haircut which my son always likes. Free parking for 30 mins on the road. Payment is by cash only, there is a cash machine nearby.”

“Just arrived in West Drayton, staying in London for a few days...first meal experience at The Six Bells ...in a word...fabulous! Service fabulous. Very attentive staff. Food beyond delicious, we chose The Naked Chicken Kebab and the Lamb kebab, both so fresh, flavours fabulous. presentation of food excellent, presented on wooden boards with seasoned chips, salad, marinades. dressings were yummy. We will be back. Highly recommend a visit to this wonderful eateries...you're on for a culinary feast for the senses.”

“Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!”

“The Best Groomers Ever!! After being rejected by a lot places, only Your Dog Groomers were able to help. Not only were they able to help reassure me on the phone, but they also went above and beyond, by scheduling in a consultation to help calm my dog and gently introduce him to grooming. My dog is a 9 year old Rottweiler so I was apprehensive at first, but they took things so nice and slow. They made sure to listen to us and catered for every one of my dogs needs. They aren’t just dog groomers, they’re dog behaviouralists and absolute angels! Thank you so much for giving my Rottweiler such a fantastic groom and for not turning us away, but instead for guiding and helping us. My dogs coat looks so so shiny and healthy. I’ve never seen my dog glow both inside and out. Thank you so much and we are very excited to coming back. “This was a great choice for dinner! After a long day of travel, it was late and we really didn't want to venture out for food. We gave the hotel's restaurant a try. And we were so pleasantly surprised! The menu was varied and reasonably priced. And we couldn't have been happier with the food. I enjoyed the beef brisket and Mr enjoyed Fish & Chips. Ended with some sticky toffee pudding. Yum! Ruben took good care of us and we had quite a lovely conversation with him too. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.”

Staff are very nice and if you ask to add pinaple topping they don't judge :-) Overall it was a good quality XXL pizza for 1/2 prize of what I would pay elsewhere.”

“I have been coming here regularly for over a year. Clean, nicely decorated salon. 5 staff members, it gets busy later in the day, quieter in the mornings. Most of the time appointments are respected. Sometimes even after booking an appointment the wait is 30 minutes. I have gotten acrylics, shellac, powder gel and BIAB style builder gel. All have been great and lasted as long as I can go before an infill. I am a very sensitive client and I find that everyone in the shop are respectful of that and work gently without pain. Anne was great at helping me pick colours for a detailed design, and put a lot of care into drawing precise lines for a French tip. Once I got a heart design and that wasn't so accurate. Probably will stick with plain colours next time, not drawings. In my experience, when people say that nail salon staff are "rude" very rarely the staff are actually rude, most likely it's a misunderstanding of cultural differences and language barriers. Or the clients make no effort to be polite. I noticed people would walk in and say "I need acrylics", no "hello", no "how are you", no "what's your name". While the staff are actually very nice if you treat them with respect and engage in small talk. The pricing is fair and not confusing, on the rare occasion I needed a broken nail fixed, they did that without charge. Will update my review as I will most definitely come back many more times.”
