I don’t know the vets name and I wish I did but she was absolutely fantastic, and the girl at reception was also a lovely lady and very helpful when speaking to her. I couldn’t of asked for a better service. the vet was very honest, very helpful and great at keeping Pickle so calm when she was examining her. “Such a lovely vets! They have been seeing my Cat Bella since she was a kitten, they were brilliant with her from the day we first took her there and so caring. Bella was unfortunately given to me at 6 weeks old and wasn’t the healthiest but they brought her back to life and checked up on her with phone calls to see how she was. They really are so caring and brilliant with the animals in their care. I couldn’t recommend enough”

“Sarah and the team at Woodham Lane Vets have been wonderful with Bella, she had a large cyst that other vets said they had to amputate a toe to get rid of it. Sarah happily gave me a second opinion and was reassuring, Bella now has all of her toes and no cyst! The care we received was second to none and the advice and follow up care was brilliant! Amy and Patsy were always friendly and helpful and Bella got lots of snuggles! We have now moved vet practices and have got both our dogs at Woodham Lane Vets and have also registered to their Healthy Pet Club. Thanks again for looking after our old girl so so well!”

“I cannot thank the team enough for looking after my elderly and reactive rescue dog. We normally see Ianthi who is the head vet. She is an excellent vet who treats our rather difficult (and enormous) dog with patience and kindess. She has even managed to get him to walk voluntarily onto the weighing scales and even walk into a treatment room. Also, we purchase a copy of our prescriptions and buy the medication online - and it’s always allows us to use it twice which saves us paying for a new prescription every time Furthermore, when our elderly cat was diagnosed with cancer we requested an animal oncologist, and they issued our referral on the same day, they also reviewed him every Saturday until it was time to say goodbye.”

“We came back to this Medivet after a number of visits to our more local branch over the years left us disappointed. We had a rabbit and it often felt like some of the vets at the previous branch were a little out of their depth. These guys were great and really knowledgeable and caring. When we sadly said goodbye to our old boy in June, they were fantastic. We've come home after some time away to his ashes and a wonderful little box containing some of his fur and his paw print.
