“Although this review is long overdue, I wanted to share my experience. I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears. The vet I saw was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Despite the fact that some may not understand how much a small pet like a hamster can mean, I felt absolutley no judgment for my emotions. “Cerdic Grimbly is the best Veterinary Surgeon along with Holly Swaby and Emma Whitaker. All the Veterinary Nurses, Support Staff and the Practice Manager have always been absolutely fantastic with me and both of my Cats over the past few years. Even when I had to put one of my Cats to sleep they were very professional, understanding and compassionate. They also sent a lovely condolence card. I went to Midland Veterinary Surgery again today with my newest Cat for his 6 month health check, yearly vaccination, nail clipping, de-worming, flea treatment and he is doing really well and is very healthy. “Been taking my cats to David's surgery since 2001, he is a very experienced vet, with a friendly staff team. I've always found him very professional, compassionate and helpful. If you are looking for a vet I would highly recommend him.”

“I was devastated when my dog broke his leg one late evening. Worried and anxious, I contacted Ctvet first thing in the morning and left a voicemail, hoping for a prompt response. To my relief, they called us back as soon as they opened. When we arrived at the clinic, Stefano greeted us with warmth and understanding, which immediately put my mind at ease. He quickly gave my dog an injection to relieve his pain and took the time to explain the treatment plan, reassuring me that he was in good hands. The next morning, my dog was scheduled for orthopaedic surgery. It was difficult to leave him at the clinic overnight, but I knew he was getting the best possible care. When I returned to pick him up in the evening, I was overjoyed to see him happy and playful, albeit slightly tired from the sedation. Martina thoroughly explained each medication and provided helpful leaflets for at-home care, which increased my peace of mind.
