I would strongly recommend that others get their tattoos done at this place.The staff member that did my tattoo was wonderful and calm. She was making sure I was okay after I mentioned how much it hurt to have that tattoo also She communicated effectively and provided outstanding concepts. . “I’ve been to Ask Italian Bluewater a few times now and have always enjoyed their consistent quality of Italian cuisine upon each visit. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, attentive, and helpful which inspires a calming atmosphere amidst the hustle and bustle of Bluewater shopping centre. The food is well made with clean tasting flavours and a healthy variety of options. I recommend the newly improved Lasagne Grande and, if you’re in need of a little spice, ask for some chilli infused olive oil to pour on top. I’ve been craving this ever since trying it a few days ago! Of course, you cannot go wrong with their tiramisu for dessert although all their desserts are uniquely Italian rather than generic in both their flavour and plating style. Overall there is something for everyone to enjoy and I highly recommend a visit!”

“We’ve always loved the WTF, and it’s pretty much been our local since moving here 4yrs ago. However, what a breathe of fresh air it’s had recently with the renovation, and Exale brewery taking over!! A total triumph and such an exciting and welcomed addition to the area. This place brings something different to the other pubs I feel. It has a combination of great beers on tap (their pale rose is also gorgeous and such a bargain!) it’s super relaxed and welcoming to all types of people - young and old, family groups and lots of young people too. Staff are super friendly, lots of new faces and Short Road pizza is totally unbeatable! Love the weekly special offers too. What a cracking local boozer!! 5 stars all round xx”

“We had three short stays over a three week period ranging from 5, 3 and 2 nights. The staff, despite always being busy, were very friendly and helpful. Room 110 was small but okay for a couple of nights, just be careful that the shower desn't overflow onto the bathroom floor (the other two rooms had over-bath showers), room 101 was the smallest so maybe better for just an overnighter, room 111 was larger and therefore more comfortable. We had no issues with noise All of the staff, from the bar and restaurant, kitchen and room service were really friendly, helpful and professional. I really appreciated the historical photographs displated throughout the hotel and pub, linking the hotel to the area at the time around WW2 and to the local RAF base at Northolt. The dining room is the former dance hall, you can really imagine how it might have been back in the 1940's. The meals were great value, it was nice to be able to head downstairs early (Breakfast served from 07:00), grab your free coffee and then order brekkie online to your table. As mentioned previously, apart from one slightly sultry guy, everyone was very friendly and, at times, it was very busy in there. This was an ideal location for us, an easy drive from Heathrow and close to the people and places that we wanted to visit. We were very happy with the value, for a London hotel.”

“Absolutely amazing experience, I explained that I had only had my nails done Wednesday and they were so kind about it, advised me not to go back there because the acrylic was done to thin and they hadn’t applied anything right. A massive thank you to the lady that works there, I think she’s the owner, she made me feel so welcome, as I am autistic I struggle to go to new places and speak to new people but they were amazing and so understanding, had an amazing chat, so so happy with my nails, definitely going back”

Portion sizes are also really good and i would reccomend the chaat and paneer Makhani as well as the gulabi rani cocktail for those who drink! Prachi was super friendly and really helpful! “We took this venue for a private hire and it was incredible. Guests got to choose from the menu even though we were 60 plus people. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Food was great, generous portions and good mix on the menu. Bottomless drinks were plentiful with rarely an empty glass. Great communication throughout. Highly recommended”
