The other lady that brought our food was lovely. I was going to knock a star off but because the food was that great. I didn't want to do that. We will be back for the food. “We had the best time at Prezzo last night. It was Thursday, and the place had such a warm, relaxed vibe perfect for winding down with the family. I was there with my kids and my wife, and honestly, it couldn’t have gone better. The food was great, the atmosphere was easygoing, and we all just felt happy to be there. What really made the evening special was our waitress, Darcy. She was absolutely amazing kind, switched-on, and seriously hard working. You could see she had a lot on her plate, but she handled everything with such grace and energy. She was patient with the kids, super thoughtful, and just had this brilliant way of making everyone feel looked after. My wife kept saying how lovely she was, and I couldn’t agree more. It’s rare to come across someone who’s not just good at their job, but clearly cares. Darcy made our night thank you again!”

“Banstead Bunnies have exceeded my expectations! I looked at 10 pre-schools in the area looking for one where I could imagine my little one. Bunnies was the 10th one I saw and I’m so glad it was, it has been fantastic. All the staff are warm, caring and friendly it is such a lovely place. I can’t speak highly enough of it but I can say that I’m sad my little one is now off to primary school as it’s been such a wonderful pre-school. Even our new teacher came for a visit and said it was one of the nicest places she had visited - which speaks volumes! I can’t thank them enough!”

“Great burgers, nice staff. Very nice experience. I ordered the spicy chicken burger (think it was called fiery chicken), with chilli fries. All of our food came out at the same time (starters and mains, actually fries came after the burgers and mains) hence the 4 * for service but the staff were great. I think it was just an unexpectedly busy evening.”

“We had a lovely lunch at the Woolpack today with my elderly parents. The food was beautiful and the staff were very attentive. Anna, our waitress, was lovely and gave us some good recommendations on the menu. Benji, was very observant and considerate when he saw my elderly father heading towards the toilets (which are upstairs) he followed and kindly opened the disabled toilet for him instead. Lovely place. Highly recommend.”

“Visited for Sunday Roast. The service I wouldn’t say it was the best, but the roast was excellent! Really liked the mashed potatoes and the meat (I chose the turkey option). Would definitely recommend! Dog friendly.”

“I have been getting acupuncture therapy from Lu Zhao since the beginning of this year. It was all started with a sprain elbow after a snowboarding trip. My elbow instantly felt relieved after the first treatment. Since then, I decided to continue the therapy with Lu. I have noticed a significant improvement on my overall wellness. I used to have cold feet but I noticed that I don't anymore. I get stressed all the time due to my busy daily routine. My neck and shoulder always feel tense. They are feeling a lot less stiff now after the treatments. The Gua Sha treatment provided by Lu is excellent. I highly recommend her. Lu is a very professional, pleasant, caring and approachable therapist. She pays attention to all the questions I had for her. I feel very comfortable when being treated by her.”

“My little girl has settled in really well here… thanks to the team of amazing teachers here. I was looking for somewhere that offered a balance of fun, play and learning and the way Jo and her team have blended all those components together is nothing less than incredible. Another factor was the menu to Enid’s eat… I’m a health coach and the meals are curated by a child nutritionist and Delilah is eating food that I have tried to implement but without little success … she happily eats sweet and sour chicken, Mexican stew, roast turkey and even salmon and mascarpone pasta! Also the behaviour that I expect from my little one is instilled here to, table manners, kindness, speaking vs shouting have all helped Delilah (a blended little girl of Italian /Irish heritage) getting her behaviour on point. I couldn’t be happier and I’m confident that Delilah’s transition to reception will be seamless thanks to all the preparation that she would have taken”

“Absolutely fantastic food and service. Super accommodating of allergens, loads of veggie options. I genuinely do not understand how this place has any negative reviews. I've ordered from here several times, so here is a breakdown of my experience with them: 1. They have a huge selection of proper vegetarian dishes, whereas most other Chinese takeaways have little-to-nothing. 2. The staff were extremely accommodating of my partner's gluten intolerance, going out of their way to double-check our chosen dishes with the chef, provide allergen information, express their concern over the suitability of other low-gluten dishes etc. and just generally made us feel like they actually care whether he would get sick or not. 3. The food itself is delicious. I mean really, really good. It arrived piping hot, portion sizes were great, and it had clearly only just been cooked (as opposed to pre-made then reheated) because the vegetables were vibrant and still had a lovely crunch to them instead of being pale and soggy. 10/10, highly recommended!”
