Warm atmosphere in Carshalton

“A lovely little cafe I came across as being new to the area and on maternity leave. The surrounding park is gorgeous and I often pit stop at Sassis for some iced coffee and a snack :) The owner, Wayne, was super accommodating for my little one’s first birthday and let us reserve a few tables for our family & friends. The staff were amazing, very friendly & helpful throughout the day! Food & drink, as always, was great too :) Definitely recommend this lovely little cafe to anyone, we’ll be back again soon!”

“We have sent our daughter (3yo) to this nursery for over a year now. She (and we) love it there. The staff are great (lead admirably by Super Fae) and the kids are all so happy. We feel really lucky to have found somewhere local that takes such good care of the children.”

“I've lived in carshalton for 20 years and never been to this place for pizza? what a mistake! A beautiful authentic pizza, my only flaw would be next time I'll collect at the crisp from the base had gone.”

“As a first time this was a great experience. The haircuts are very well done and there is no lack of attention to detail. The prices are very reasonable and he will even suggest different looks that might look good. I took his suggestion and couldn't be any more pleased, he was a silent guy but all he wanted was to be a special job tho I would definitely recommend 10/10”

“Me and the missus have been twice here with the kids already. Döner is my thing and boy do they know how to prepare those! My wife loves the lamb chops and chicken shish and the kids burgers the first time and pancakes the second. The place is clean, airy and with extremely attentive staff. We'll be coming back guys! “Spent valentines day here. I'd looked at the reviews before going and had an idea of how nice it would be. Definitely didn't disappoint! The staff are lovely and make sure you are looked after while you are there. The place is so beautiful, flowers from the ceiling, chandeliers and lovely canvases. The food was honestly the best Italian I have had! Lots to choose from on the menu. Had a sharing starter of meats, cheese and roasted vegetables which was delicious, would of liked more sourdough bread with it. I had a chicken main and my partner had lamb chops, both tasted amazing. For dessert we had the tiramisu and the cheesecake of the day which was honeycomb, again absolutely delightful. I will be going back and would highly recommend going. Support local businesses and not the chain restaurants.”

The food and service is amazing as the staff are great every time. Also the “H’s Super Bowl (with fruit)” is incredible and would definitely recommend (look at attached pictures).”

“Have spent few hours this morning, had a Sunday coffee by the pond. Very nice and quiet sitting area, staff is lovely and coffee was lovely. There were few tables inside but we sat outside and have a view of ducks in the pond, Church, park across the road and passing by traffic. I would suggest to visit on the weekend morning and enjoy some quality time there...... P.s. on Sunday the parking was free on the road leading to the meusem and tea room. Coffee”

“Lovely Costa, great service and the chicken and bacon toastie is absolutely delicious. It is always busy but seats become empty pretty quickly so it isn't too bad. There are some outside seats too.”

“I can only have my nails done for special occasions like holidays due to being a massage therapist but I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Rochelle takes such pride in her work and is a complete perfectionist, you can tell she is very passionate about her job. I’ve been so happy with the results when she has done my nails. I would highly recommend her to anyone. X”

“Lovely family run Chinese takeaway that does all your favourites. Fortunately for me this is with walking distance, I just love to go and grab a meal from here. They do take ways by phone, collection and just eat.”
