“A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. “So you need to get your new born vaccinated? And you love somewhere within a 4 mile radius of tolworth? Then this is your centre. If you are driving there, please plan some additional time to find parking. Take your pram with you in case you have to walk a distance from where you parked to the centre. Situated right next to a school is this brilliant children's centre with absolutely amazing staff! We went in for a BCG and it was a breeze once we were inside. The staff was fantastic from welcoming and helping my pregnant wife with carrying the baby seat, guiding us to the waiting room, then the vaccination staff was intelligent and well informed on all things about the vaccine, explained all the potential side effects and how to care for the area that was vaccinated etc. all was done in less than 5 minutes. Wearing layers of baby clothes that are easy to remove and put back on would be ideal. I prefer the zip ones to the buttoned ones.”

“My daughter has been going to this nursery since we came out of the first lockdown and she absolutely loves it. We haven't had any negative experiences or reasons to complain. The first time we went to view the nursery, we were amazed at the space the children have to play and explore. The staff are always welcoming and ready to have a chat about your child's progress. A lot of times when my daughter comes back from nursery, she role plays her experience with her dolls and teddy bears like she is teaching them, that really helps me to see how she is developing.
