“This concerns the quality of provision of Focus Music, not venue hire - I’m concerned that negative reviews of the venue are being linked to the music teaching, which is superb. We now have in-school guitar lessons from Focus Music, having moved away from another provider. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of teaching - a vast improvement on previous experiences.The communication, through the school’s system or direct emailing/phoning/messaging is also first rate. Couldn’t be happier!”

In addition the website is easy to use and if you miss a class, let them know in advance and you then get a "courtesy" lesson to make sure you don't miss out. Definitely worth it with small kids.”

“Had a fantastic haircut by Jo a few weeks ago at Supercuts. Customer service was fantastic - walked straight in at 10am without having to wait and I was seen to straight away. The haircut I had was exactly what I wanted (I showed photos to Jo who knew exactly what to do straight away). Super clear communication throughout and I walked out extremely pleased. “I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. We have had numerous issues with her and her first visit feels like we got further than any other place we have been too! Couldn’t find a fault at all”
