“We have two cockapoos and over the years have used loads of dog groomers (London based). Our two dogs have always made desperate attempts to escape and starfish at the door, pleading with us to not take them inside - they clearly were having a terrible experience, which really traumatised us as well! Then we moved to Chelmsford and WOW, Sabrina has performed miracles! When we pull up outside, they both jump out the car and actually wag their tails up the steps to her gate. We now can leave them without the feeling of terror! Well done Sabrina, you’re a star!! You have proven grooming can be done well. I can’t recommend you highly enough. They have looked after our cat, Boy, so diligently and with expertise and care for the past few years, through a range of health issues. We recently had to have Boy put to sleep at the ripe old age of nearly 18, and everyone at the clinic, from Mandy on reception through to the incredible vets, Anders and Nicola (and everyone else there too) were so considerate and professional. “Perfect community prescribing pharmacy! The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and approachable. Being a prescribing pharmacy means you often won't need to see a GP for lots of common problems such as a sore throat, UTI's or shingles, as the pharmacist is able to prescribe or recommend certain medications if needed after a consultation or where necessary an examination. The whole team are always friendly, polite and respectful and the pharmacy is always clean and bright. It also has a very good range of non-pharmacy products to choose from. We are very lucky to have this pharmacy in our area, with the pressure the whole NHS is under, it's even more important to not only use our pharmarcies where possible, but to also support them wherever we can as customers.”

“Honestly, Mr Tailor would go out of his way as a Pharmacist, he is such a kind and wonderful man, anyone who knows him knows he would go out of his way to help you, unlike other Pharmacists who would typically shrug you off and ask you to go to the GP. He has been in the Stamford Hill area for almost 25 years and still has passion that usually wears off, especially after Covid and how under pressure the NHS is!! Despite it being busy in the back, he would still take time out of his day to assist you (he even comes out on his break) in what you need and that is dedication! If you're in the area and you have a problem, he is the one!! Despite being a Pharmacist he has earned the name "Dr Tailor" and I can see why, he takes care of Stamford Hill and if I'm being honest Stamford Hill isn't Stamford Hill without him! “I have held a lifetime insurance policy for my dog Alfie for just over 2 years. Alfie has been fit and healthy, so I have not needed to contact Petplan until a few weeks ago when he was attacked by a dog. His treatment required sedation, stitches and hospital care. The lady I spoke to asked lots of questions about my dog and what I wanted from his groom. My main worries were knowing that my dog doesn’t enjoy being bathed/brushed, and his size. The team were able to successfully complete his groom and he seemed comfortable enough. He looks so lovely and tidy. It really has made such a difference! I booked as someone I knew recommended Spoilt Rotten and now I will also be recommending to anyone in need of a groomers :)”

This was the second time using their teeth cleaning service, and it was superb once again. Teddy had a little stain before, but now his teeth are completely stain-free.
