“We had such a lovely experience. My mum has rheumatoid arthritis and needs shoes with extra padding and arch support. We were looked after by a lovely lady called Deborah. She made us feel really welcome and had a thorough consultation asking my mum exactly what she wanted in a shoe. Any time a shoe wasn't quite right she knew what to do to solve issues. My mum left with a pair of sandals, shoes and boots! Not only is she finding walking easier she has shoes that make her feel good. Thank you for your care, energy and sense of humour Deborah! Nina the owner was particularly helpful and we managed to find the perfect pair of shoes for my elderly mother who has specialist insoles for her super flat feet. “I got my wedding dress from Bidaai last year and I was so, so please with the outcome! The studio had all their dresses displayed on mannequins which was so useful as I could see what the dresses looked like worn. When I saw my dress I knew it was the one but I had to make a lot of changes to make it perfect.. this completely changed the whole outfit so there was quite a lot, but the sister at the studio looked after me so well and made sure no decisions were made until I was completely satisfied. She kept me updated with pictures and videos while the dress was being made from start to finish which I know was a lot of effort from her end. I knew this is was a bit risk but I can honestly say I had the perfect wedding dress that was personalised exactly to how I wanted it! It’s been 4 months now and I still look back to my pictures and admire the lehenga and the efforts that went behind it. Thank you so much to the ladies at Bidaai, you were amazing!”
