My mum was so thankful coming here for water. The staff are amazing and very caring. Please make sure you pop by here after getting off the train. “I hired the Grand Suite at the New Inn for my 60th birthday party with 110 guests. Everything was perfect! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Thanks especially to Aimee who ensured I was able to set up decorations etc. early in the day. The room is beautiful with a lovely big dance floor and nice big tables with plenty of seats. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The bar staff were friendly and efficient. Great air conditioning in the main room on a very hot night was very welcome! My guests were all extremely impressed with the venue. Thank you all the staff for making everything work out so well - brilliant!”

“Thank you Costa coffee for hiring such good staff. I visit the stockly park Costa coffee everyday with My wife as she works close by. After my wife finishes her duty at 4 pm I drive to Costa coffee and parking is free for 3 hours. I had a heart patient few months back so doctors told me to walk so I prefer to walk at stockly park. I visit the store and always see the staff smiling and warmly greeting everyone. I have met the Manager Jimmy who is very kind and nice, met Ritik who is also very nice and good and yesterday evening I met this Girl Lucky who is also vey good and kind. My daily visit I always meet this staff who are very friendly. One good thing is during the closing time at 4.30 pm they give 50% discount on the muffins, pastries and cakes and even drinks. I love visiting this stockly park Costa coffee. Never seen this much friendly staff any other stores in london.”

“Couldn't fault the rooms. Rooms are massive especially the disabled ones... with mum having MS. Staff friendly service and brought mum extra blanket... The one downside the duvets could be alittle more warmer.... Reason for the 2 stars the location. If staying in london for more than a week and no transport its a problem as its right near healthrow airport. But thankfully the coach is within the bungle to london on the hols!”

“This is our new go to place for coffee and cakes in the evening especially on Saturdays. We tried chai latte and few other coffee or frappes , all were tasty. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. If it’s crowded, takes time to deliver but mostly quick service we got. They got drive through as well. Plenty of seating area and parking. You can sit as much as you want, and enjoy talking with friends and families. Worth visiting here.”
