But I was driving back to York and didn't want to go far until I got it sorted. .I remembered that there was a garage nearby so I went to go blow my tyre up but the air pump was out of order. So I decided to have a little drive around and came upon this garage. I pulled up and asked if they could help. Which was no trouble helped me blow up my tyres and then off I went.. they were a life saver as all I wanted to get home after a long flight. After being referred by my GP due to a lump in my breast, I arrived feeling very anxious and worried. However, the entire team made me feel at ease with their human and compassionate approach. Special thanks to the nurses and mammographers who attended to me. Joffi, in particular, was incredibly professional, caring, and empathetic. Her hug truly saved me in a moment of fear. Another mammographer, whose name I believe is Aoidin, also stood out for her delicate, kind, and respectful handling. Both were amazing and made such a difference to my experience. I would also like to thank a nurse (possibly named Marie) and the radiologist/sonographer for their wonderful care and professionalism.
